Cuando llegue a las 11 de la noche no había nadie en recepción y un vigilante tuvo que llamar para que me dieran una habitación. Las instalaciones son correctas y el desayuno te lo llevan a,la habitación. No hay muchas opciones de elegir

Из плюсов только - отель рядом с остановкой с автобусами, которые едут на КатБа… Из минусов - оооочень странная система регистрации, не очень доброжелательный персонал. Чтобы заселиться - закладывайте пол часа точно. На стойке ресепшена отсуствуют люди, охранник вызывает отдельно их.. завтрак - приносят в номер - заваренный доширак (вот прям квадратик дошика!!) с мяском и луком и 2 банана на человека. Без напитков! Чистота тоже так себе в номере.. в общем поспать при отсутствии других вариантов - пойдет, но больше сюда точно не поедем

Such a nightmare experience to us! Had a reservation but when we arrived at 8pm, there was no one at the reception, only a security guard who helped us to check in. Unfortunately, he could not find the key for our assigned room, and had to give us another one. Room was old and a bit smelly. In the morning, nothing was served at the restaurant though breakfast was included in our booking. Worse than that, the receptionist was missing. Again, the security guy helped us to check out but did not let us go. After 20 minutes calling to someone to check, he finally let us go with anxiety, and of course, without any apology. We had to climb the stairs and carry our bags by ourselves. The worst experience we had in Hai Phong so far!
