La Stella Ha Long Hotel recensioner

The hotel is very nice overall and we enjoyed our stay! We booked this hotel specifically for the rooftop pool, but when we arrived we were told we couldn’t use the pool, which ******. On the trip.com app it also states that you can book breakfast at an extra fee, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were also told we can’t have breakfast there without any reason.

普通的經濟型酒店，各方面都正常，很乾淨，不過看酒店的介紹樓頂有無邊泳池，但實際上暫停了。這點有點失望。

之前有住過，説實話無可挑剔。酒店在半山腰，樓頂有泳池茶吧，海景一覽無餘。現在是樓頂都上不去了，非常遺憾。最糟糕的是酒店被子現在就換成了一個被套，問前台，沒有被子提供。陰雨綿綿的凌晨被凍醒，非常糟糕😰
