Great hospitality and service! Front desk went above and beyond to help me got my lost iPhone back from a taxi.
As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that I left my phone in the cab. Hotel front desk tried the cab driver using the receipt information without luck, then called their own cab friends asking if they could reach the driver through different channels. Davis and Linda volunteered to personally drive me using ‘Find my’ to chase my phone that’s moving around in the city. In the end I was able to reclaim my cell phone in less than an hour after I found it’s lost.
I greatly appreciate all the help received from Davis, Howard, Mia, Lucky, Max, and Lily in the recovery of my cell phone and during my entire stay in Hangzhou. I was on a business trip and would not know what to do if it were not for their help and support.
I'm a Hilton gold member and have travelled globally around different Hilton hotels, but had never experienced top notch service of this kind. The entire time the services were delivered in passion and genuine care, wanting to help me find my phone. While hardware provided in similar ranking hotels don’t differ much, service is what makes a great hotel stand out. I will always remember this great experience in Nanjing Hilton Garden hotel.
