The hotel provided a wonderful experience with its clean and cozy rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient location near the subway. The staff were exceptionally polite and thoughtful, always ready to assist with a smile. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Excellent service at main reception and good clean rooms. Amazing comfortable bed. Room very smart and clean. Will use CAMPANILE more often.

Clean hotel, beds are comfortable, front desk staff are nice and helpful, cannot tell much about the surrounding because we only stayed for a night and checked in quite late at night. Will stay again next time.

這家康鉑酒店位於杭州機場路里街99號，離杭州東站比較近，打車過去大概十分鐘左右。大堂在一樓，房間雖然不大顯得比較小，不過整體乾淨整潔衞生，應有的都有了，價格也比較實惠，兩百元左右一晚，很實惠了。

客房和服務整體可以，距離東站和城站都比較近～ 加上性價比相對比較高！這一點上比較推薦。
服務可以，客房設定也算過得去！可是，有蟲子😂～ 潮蟲和蛾蠓都有，看到潮蟲的時候嚇呆了，忍不住殺生了😭

衞生乾淨 工作人員態度很好 非常喜歡他們的洗手間 洗髮水和護髮素也很好聞 還有健身房和洗衣機烘乾機 對於我們出差在外真的太友好 價格也不貴 性價比很高 很值得 會一直選擇康鉑酒店
