Joy Hotel recensioner

I really love this hotel. The room is spacious, clean, and relaxing. The mattress is extremely comfortable. The shower is modern, spacious, with good water pressure and instantaneous hot water. And Nancy at the reception, who speaks perfect English, is extremely helpful.

I had a wonderful time in Joy hotel. Quick easy and convenient! It was a great time for my trip! Thanks Joy!

Joy Hotel, good.

Fast check-in, they can speak english. Very clean, comforfable bed and really big room. 100% Recomendable . If we needed to comw back to Hangzhou, we will definetly repeat.

The service was great with very attentive staff. The bathtub was big and comfortable

While near the hotel there is not too much to do. Taking a bike or metro is very easy and brings you to within 1/2 hour to a lot of nice places like the beautiful lake with view on Pagoda

Pretty nice hotel. Stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights. The price is amazing for what you get. Our room was extremely spacious with a huge bathroom and nice king-sized bed. There's plenty of storage space and even a small kitchen in the room. The location is alright, but we weren't trying to be close to the center of Hangzhou anyway, so it was okay for us. The front desk was fairly nice and accommodating. All in all, I would recommend!

Friendly reception, good location, spacious room. Bathrooms are not private though. Convenient for solo business travelers.

Really friendly staff. Staff are kind and polite and Several times help me. Room was clean and every equipment is new and clean.

Lovely hotel. This is probably my 5th time staying at the hotel and the staff are so friendly.

The room was beautiful and clean. The shower was fantastic with lots of pressure and a large shower head. The bed was firm yet comfortable. The area is a quiet area, especially at night (no disturbances). There is a Starbucks a couple minutes walk away for a quick coffee run. The location was great for what I was in the area for. I did have a little trouble entering the location into the English Version Didi app. I ended up pulling the location on a Chinese maps app and the driver followed that. After that, I ended up typing in the DongFang Venice International Hotel into Didi since it was basically around the corner. I did notice that when opening Didi at the hotel it appeared to be called Jiayue Hotel (selecting Joy Hotel in Didi is not the correct location despite the address appearing to be the same as what was described in Trip App). The entrance to the hotel is on a small side street/complex area across from the Venice International Hotel. I have nothing but a positive impression of this hotel other than initially trying to find it. The thing I love most was that it was walking distance (10minutes) from Panchos Mexican Restaurant that I love to visit when in town. The photo attached shows the back side of Joy Hotel in view of the Dongfang Venice International Hotel. The primary Joy Hotel entrance is just around the other side of the building.
