The hotel is located at a very strategic location, literally right in front of a subway entrance. It’s also a stone throw away from the high street and lake side.

The hotel is located between two key spots—Hubin Yintai in77 (the main shopping street) and West Lake—both of which require about a 10-minute walk to reach.
The room was quite small, and unfortunately, there was a noticeable sewage smell coming from the toilet. While the room decor was nice, I was disappointed to find that the toilet walls were semi-translucent, making it possible to see the silhouette of someone inside, whether they were showering or using the toilet. The shower area also lacked hooks or shelves to hang clothes and place toiletries, which was inconvenient.
On the positive side, the breakfast spread was decent, offering a fair selection. However, no bottled mineral water was provided during breakfast, which was a letdown.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are several design and comfort issues that should be addressed.

The room is good, location is good. but is not very sound proof. in the morning there are little bit of sound like slamming doors. maybe it is the room near by closes the doors.

This is our second stay since Dec 2023. The smart-housekeper has been changed, the housekeeping needs more attention to details, there were lashes not cleared away from previous guest, towels, bath robes and pillowcase had stains. Service recovery was perfectly promptly provided with a change of room to upper floor and complimentary breakfast offered. When we checked out, we were given a small snack bag as well.
Front desk staff esp 臭臭 were helpful and approachable. Chambermaids that we encountered were either very friendly or grouchy. We didn't not have breakfast in the hotel eventually.
We liked the location of this hotel, and the good price point. But after this encounter, we will explore other hotels on our next stay. Thank you.

Great location, with metro station right in front of the hotel. Cleanliness is good too and the bed is very comfortable. Buffet breakfast is just ok and could be improved. Most of the staffs can’t speak English, even the receptionist.

My stay at the Milan Hotel in Hangzhou was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel's location is fantastic, a short walk to MRT station which was convenient to many places. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. Also provided with laundry area. In overall, my experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend this hotel for any traveler seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hangzhou."

Hotel has been refurbished recently, most amenities were good. Front desk service was not very knowledgeable when we ask for eating places for a late dinner (we reached hotel at 10:30pm)! Breakfast is really not worthwhile, hotel doesn’t replenish food that are finished, and there are insufficient seating capacity!!!
