Fly Zoo Hotel

Good experience during the stay in Flyzoo. Just scanning your face, you can access your floor, room and breakfast. Although the location is not in the city center, it is suitable for persons who come to contact with Alibaba.

The check in experience was pleasant. The whole process was very efficient. The room door will unlock automatically after scanning the face. It's very convenient. There are complimentary mineral water and tea bags too. The room lights can be adjusted according to your mood. It's quite refreshing.

Hotel enhanced with AI! There are small robots that bring the delivery to your room or you can insert shopping bags if they are small enough. To get to the floor of the room there is facial recognition that automatically selects your floor. To enter the room, here too, facial recognition that unlocks the door. In the room you have voice commands (which you can turn off). The room is spotless, without carpeting, with a very large bed (big enough for almost three people) and adjustable light color. The bathroom has an automatic and heated toilet. The walk-in shower is extensive. The panorama is wide and beautiful. Mine is on the back side of the hotel, on the opposite side the view is on the main street and on private and very elegant residential neighborhoods. The breakfast is fantastic! The offer in pure Chinese style, but also Western and Japanese, is super wide. Try everything! The elegant and relaxing lounge bar, also to wrap up the latest business updates. The staff super courteous and proactive. The location is ideal for business, for those who want to visit the Alibaba campuses, and is very close to a small mall where you can try numerous local restaurants or do your grocery. A bit far from the downtown but well connected with tube or taxi (here very cheap). 100% approved!

I have an amazing stay in the hotel. The room allocated to me comes with a King Bed. It is very futuristic hotel with so many smart tech in all parts of the hotel and room. All the amenities are new, the environment is good, the cleanliness is very very good. Overall I give a near perfect 10 rating for the comfort, guests experience and hospitality. I will confirm stay in this hotel the next time I visit Hang Zhou. I especially recommend Ms Su, 小苏 as a top employee of the hotel as she is very dedicated to arrange for my room stay! Although now tech is widely used in similar type of hotels, yet this Flyzoo is still a good experience to stay, most that i like is the face scan usage, very convenient in every action needed, like open the room, automatic floor detection in the lift, and getting into the breakfast outlet. Breakfast is great with varieties & good taste, the only a little down side is the language, yet translation app is a solution.
