Very good location as it is very close to the West Lake and the shopping area. Room was clean and we have a very pleasant stay throughout.

Great service from staff and did I mention their rain shower and 65 inch TV screen for maximum enjoyment? Definitely will stay with this hotel chain again.

I was very satisfied with the room and the front desk staff was very considerate. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to China next time.

Receptionists were really helpful with my check in. They were also quick to help when I asked for the nearest mall, food, cinema, etc.

This hotel has a great location, which was the highlight of my stay. However, there were several downsides that affected my experience. The room was quite small and the air conditioning had a leak, making the floor wet and uncomfortable. Breakfast had a limited selection, and during peak hours, it was hard to find a seat. If you’re mainly looking for a convenient location and can overlook some flaws, this hotel might work for you. But if comfort is a priority, you might want to consider other options.

Strategic location to walk over to Xihu and nearby restauran provide hangzhao meals. Easily to take public buses to other attractive places. If room could provide space to hang daily replacement clothes will be better.

The hotel is located at an excellent location. Walking distance to West Lake, Wuling night market, near to Hubin Street and mrt station and many eateries are around. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a tourist adviser that we could get tourist info easily. Happy with everything! Highly recommended.

Location is ok but there’s no proper place to board and alight from DiDi. A bit inconvenience. Laundry at the basement is dark. Sensor light not working. But the staff Service is v good.

Great stay. Quiet and clean room, especially like xiaoai tongxue in the room and robot delivery!

Location is decent, but there are better and closer options near Longxiangqiao Station. The room layout is not ideal, the sink is outside the bathroom, so water ends up on the floor. The luggage area is right next to the sink, so your bags can easily get wet. The room is also cramped, and housekeeping wasn’t up to the mark.

Very good hotel, convenience, clean, and good breakfast. Next to bookstore.

The location is great, walkable to Xihu and Hubin shopping street. The room is not big but yet functioning and hi-tech. Love the food delivery bot that can serve at the room door.
