Stayed here for a single night, very good hotel, clean, friendly receptionist and convenient location. The water heating system is awesome, takes just a few seconds for hot water to kick in. Will surely come back !

So glad found this hotel, near Xi Hu and Qing He Fang pedestrian street. I came here early morning and it was very cold outside, the receptionist allowed me early check in without any additional fee. Room was okay for solo traveller, bathroom is clean with complete amenities.

The service was very uncomplicated. Everyone was very kind and friendly. The location is also really good! Close to the metro and a lot to see around. Directly in the front is a bus station. The room was comfortable and everything you could need is provided.

I am a Malaysian, I found this hotel location is good near the tourist spot & a lot local foods. It is about 10-15minutes walk. The subway station is also about 10-15 minutes away. The cleanliness of the hotel room is clean & well maintain. I continua to extend my stay one more week. The front desk young lady is helpful & friendly. Thank you

Excellent stay at Zsmart! The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a great experience, I highly recommend it!

Decent hotel with friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean but hallways had a strong smoke smell. Otherwise good stay.
