Lestar Hotel Hanoi recensioner

Hotel is new. Very nice interiors as advertised. Rooms were big but bathroom kind of small. Breakfast was good and had a great spread. Can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and train street.

It was a luxurious five-star experience. Just to stay in this hotel we want to go back to Hanoi again. The staff were exceptional. So warm and friendly and very accommodating. And delicious breakfast.

Absolutely loved staying at Lestar! It’s like a five star hotel in miniature. The staff are very attentive and friendly and they can speak English. My taxi dropped me off on the other side of the intersection, a member of staff saw me and ran across the street to take my luggage. The hotel is new and everything is spotless. Room decor is classy and elegant. The location is great, within a walking distance to many touristic spots. But it is also very quiet, I couldn’t hear any noise from the street. Breakfasts were delicious too. Will definitely stay here again

The rooms are clean modern Asian style and look to have been very recently renovated. The staff were polite and friendly. Good breakfast plus a choice of eggs and noodle options.

Room was good and quiet. Clean and new looking. Breakfast was excellent. Small spread but ample food. Staff were friendly. Walkable to all places in the old quarters. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic hotel in old quarter with five star services, The location was so close to everywhere by walk you can find shop, cafe, restaurant and near old quarter as well. The room very spacious, clean, luxury, smart tv also available. Staff are so kind and helpful very attractive with their communication. Breakfast was so amazing and love it. Am definitely come back and recommend Lestar Hotel to my colleague and friends for their hanoi trip.

This cute hotel is brand new (6 months) and is in great condition. The staff is AMAZING. Breakfast was also wonderful, and I appreciated being able to sit out on the terrace to view the city. The location is central to the shops and easy to walk to the lake. Street outside the hotel can be busy, but my room was quiet. Highly recommend.

The hotel’s location is very good, so it made easier for me to buy food and shopping. The hotel is very clean, new place, nice & friendly staff, and the breakfast food is really great (especially for the bacon and sausage). Their staff is very helpful too and fluent in English. Definitely I will go back to this hotel.

Very welcoming! Everyone is so courteous and helpful. Place is clean, and provided all the things we needed. Enjoyed their breakfast!

Wonderful choice of hotel I made choosing Lestar, great room, large and clean, great breakfast spread and great service from staff. All the staff could speak good english and that made our stay so comfortable and happy. Around the hotel are food and shops for buying stuff. Services like massage, hair salon etc were aplenty. Great location without the congestion of Old Quarter. Cafes too are everywhere. If you plan to travel out of city or going to and fro the airport, this hotel's location is perfectly at the edge of the city centre and also within walking distance to all the shops and attractions in Old Quarter.

I had a wonderful stay at this renovated hotel. The staff was attentive, the atmosphere was great, and everything was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. I’ll definitely come back! Thank you to the reception and breakfast area staff - I’ve felt very welcome. Keep doing what your are doing. 🙂
