Lestar Hotel Hanoi recensioner

I have come Lestar Hotel several times. Why does it made me come again and again. Firstly, I really appreciate their services and the staff cordially help the customers in need, especially Gigi and also her team. Secondly, the room is very clean and comfortable. Thirdly, breakfast is nice. Overall, it gives me good impression👍👍

Great location at the edge of the town, around twenty minutes of straight walk to the Hoam Kiam lake and other attractions. As you walk along the streets lots to see, shop and eat. The hotel is super clean and housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast is simple and the staff very friendly. Mia, at the front desk is superb, she helped me to book tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh at very short notice with pretty good rates. The bus will pick-up outside the hotel, but when you return they will drop you nearby. Mia also makes sure everything in order during the stay and very helpful. Highly recommended, it like a 4 star hotel with all amenities.

The best part of the stay was Frank and Mia at the front desk who helped make sure we had everything, arranged tours, drivers, motorcycles and helped make sure we were happy at all times! For the hotel: Great location in old quarter and it's a new hotel (6 months) so the amenities and bedding were very new. The superior room is tiny so had to upgrade for the next day. The breakfast is simple and enough and the service staff has been amazing in the kitchen.

Stayed for three nights, great location right at the edge of the old town. Alot of major attractions are in walkable distance. Super friendly and helpful staff, can't praise them enough. You can book tours to other destinantions (Halong Bay / Ninh Binh) through the hotel, the bus will pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel. The hotel can also arrange Taxis from/to the airport for a fair price. The room itself was just as advertised, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and bouncy pillows. Lots of amenities included. Loved the breakfast options, a wide variety of different cold and warm dishes and fresh fruits, you can also order Omlettes and really tasty Pho. Reall enjoyed my stay, mostly thanks to the amazing staff who care about details and are so helpful. Would have loved to stay longer, will definetly stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi. 10/10 would recommend!

The hotel is very clean and tidy. Also, the staff are welcoming and accomodating. The breakfast is yummy its all newly cooked.

The staff are very knowledgeable. Eg. When I ask how to get to the long bien station, they give very specific instructions making it easy for us to navigate there. (Don't trust Google map!!!) They even give a "cheat sheet" on how to cross the road, not to get scam tours, etc. Even the housekeepers are very happy. Service is like in their blood. I also love the eastern oriental style decor of the hotel... very fitting into the Vietnam vibe. I would like to try their more premium rooms in the future. Location is good too, walkable to the old iron cast train Bridge (5min), old quarters (about 10min)... highly recommend a CityWalk around hanoi

Great location, budget friendly for couple who wants to relax plus fantastic foods.

Hotel is new. Very nice interiors as advertised. Rooms were big but bathroom kind of small. Breakfast was good and had a great spread. Can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and train street.

It was a luxurious five-star experience. Just to stay in this hotel we want to go back to Hanoi again. The staff were exceptional. So warm and friendly and very accommodating. And delicious breakfast.

The hotel is located not far from many interesting places and eateries . Staffs are friendly and buffet breakfast taste great .

Absolutely loved staying at Lestar! It’s like a five star hotel in miniature. The staff are very attentive and friendly and they can speak English. My taxi dropped me off on the other side of the intersection, a member of staff saw me and ran across the street to take my luggage. The hotel is new and everything is spotless. Room decor is classy and elegant. The location is great, within a walking distance to many touristic spots. But it is also very quiet, I couldn’t hear any noise from the street. Breakfasts were delicious too. Will definitely stay here again

The rooms are clean modern Asian style and look to have been very recently renovated. The staff were polite and friendly. Good breakfast plus a choice of eggs and noodle options.

The hotel is very quint and easy to get to. Like all the buildings in Hanoi, it is narrow and tall. Based on the width given, I felt that the room space was well designed to accommodate the needs of a hotel room. Overall, I feel safe in this hotel. The service from the staff were excellent and communicative. When we first made the reservation for the room, we were contacted by the hotel about arranging the airport transfer service which I recommend if you have never been to Hanoi. It is convenient and the car service was great and on time. I will go back to Lestar Hotel again if I return to Hanoi in the future.
