"After staying at Protea North Warf, this location was a bit of a disappointment. The staff was extremely friendly and wonderful! But the room was small, dark and dingy. I was only there one night, thankfully. Upon check in, I was told my room had been upgraded….given the room I had, I wouldn’t want to see what the others were like. It was clean though, I must say that. Also no elevators so I had to carry my suitcases up and down a few small flights of stairs."
