The reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good and with variety. Room was not big but sufficient. Very worth for the price

Good location just near station. The room is the biggest I have ever stayed in Japan. The facilities are good and new. Hotel offer free breakfast and fresh fruit juice. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, just opposites the train station, however the room is silent and comfortable. The free breakfast is very good, out of expectation.

A great place to stay near the station with friendly helpful staff and a somewhat pretty nice breakfast, considering it is complimentary. This hotel is close to Hikone Castle and the JR station. The hotel also offers a lot of parking space for free, which being close to the station is amazing! The room was clean and tidy with a typical Japanese style small bath. The only thing that upset us, was the lack of Onigiri which had been in the photos when booking. But. Again, the breakfast is complimentary and seasonal as said in the hotel, so no big issue! Would stay again!

2025/5/11-13入住角落的雙床房 非常大間～空間感很棒！ 地點非常不錯！位於彥根駅東口，停車場免費 走路過去彥根城大概10-15分鐘，真的很方便！ 自助早餐兩天有不同的菜色，沙拉，熟食，麫包，飯和湯，現打果汁有二種，好喝！ 大廳在二樓，可以寄放行李和單車，有免費咖啡可使用！ 房間的床鋪軟硬適中很舒服！

接客がとてもよく、初めての利用でもわかりやすく説明していただけました。ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーも美味しくて良かったです。コスパも良かったです。朝食は寝坊して食べられませんでした。。。近くに美味しいご飯屋さんがたくさんあって駅近で立地もいいなと思いました。

初めて利用しました。 ウェルカムドリンクがロビーにあり、部屋着？も必要な人はロビー横に置かれているものを持っていきます。 コンビニなどは近くにありません。 駅が目の前なので、駅側にはあるのかもです。 廊下の声や音は結構聞こえます。。 逆に外の音は気になりません。 冷蔵庫はよく冷えます。 朝食が無料でついています。 無料なのに、こんなにいいの？ってレベルで私には十分満足でした！ 日替わりのスムージーまであります。 頑張って続けていって欲しいです。
