The location is behind Ben Thanh market. The interior is nice as Cochin style. Breakfast is delicious but not much dishes

Hotel location was good. We Love the foods and drinks nearby the hotel and walking distance can reach some attractions. However Vietnam weather was hot in February

Stayed together with the extended family and got 2 twin rooms without window at a really good deal! The location of the hotel was great! Short walk to many tourist sites and lots of good food and spas nearby. The room was a good size stocked with iron, weighing scale, hair dryer, safe, fridge and kettle! The breakfast spread was lovely! Would definitely recommend this place!

The location is actually quite good, the building was renewed and renovated into a nice hotel. However, the staff were not well trained and not kind. I don't feel I am welcomed. For example: 1. Cleaning staff was very noisy outside the corridor. They were chatting loudly and threw the linen and supplies on the floor and making loud noises. I could not sleep starting from 8am every day. 2. The Staff at the canteen cancelled my noodle order without notifying me until i asked. I ordered it at the noodle bar 30mins before the end of breakfast time. The staff told me my noodle order was "sold out" (because they have cleaned up the noodle bar) when I asked her where was my noodle. I could feel that they want to clean up the restaurant as soon as possible so that they can off their work. 3. I was rudely requested to leave the room before the agreed check-out time. They explained that because the hotel has many guests on that day so they need me to check out immediately. And when I am at the reception to do the check-out procedure, the woman in black suit looked me in a unfriendly way. Have I done something wrong? I am sorry for checking out on time but not earlier. I guess not checking out much earlier before standard check-out time should caused them inconvenience because they don't have extra time to clean and get off work earlier. The hotel management has serious problem and not customer-oriented. I hope the management can see my feedback above and improve it before too late.

There is a good place to stay safe and near market, and have a lot of food ,the hotel is so clean and staff are polite, it is the best enjoyment

I recently stayed at the Cochin Zen Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. One of the highlights of my stay was the roofdeck pool, which provided an amazing view of the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend the Cochin Zen Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location is great, room is clean, but furnitures are quite old, soundproof is poor, can hear next door when they close the doors, can hear sounds from the street. Breakfast is normal hotel standard breakfast, nothing special. Deposit vnd 500000 will be asked upon check in
