Location is very strategic, closed to Times Square. The service was good. The bed was too small though.

I was here before, and the wifi worked better. This time it was some problems with it. It has great location. Huge grocery wellcome is just 5 minutes walk. They don't have laundry, but you can find the good one as well for 60 hkd 7 minute walk closer to the shore. You can ask for towel. Shampoo, hand soap, slippers are for free. There are kitchen on the terrace with fridge, sink, microwave, kettle for use. Tableware and dishes, but they don't have spoons. And there was no napkins for some time. On the terrace smoking area as well. Beside kettle there is cooler with cold and hot water. I liked the price most of all as it's the cheapest decent hostel on the expensive Hong Kong island. It's enough clean. And they do cleaning every day. The rooms and the sleeping place are enough spacious. I advice this place.

Not all the stuff at the reception speak English, but the one I found was very helpful… very central Hostal, clean and they upgrade me from four bedroom dorm to two bed dorm highly recommend this place ☺️

The staff were nice but the stairs were full of garbage. The place was a bit difficult to find. I was very new to Hong Kong but I do speak a little bit of Mandarin so I could talk to the people and ask questions. But if you’re new in a Chinese place, I think this place is not very convenient to find. Overall, I think it was ok for the prize. Do not expect too much since you get what you pay. I might recommend their one bedroom per person.

for a 270 cny hostel, i dont recommend its better to go for a ather options

I recently stayed at here and, unfortunately, I can’t say I was very satisfied with my experience. The first thing I noticed was the limited space in the dorms. The bunks felt cramped, and there was barely any room to move around. Additionally, the atmosphere in the hostel was a bit unsettling. The narrow hallways gave it a creepy vibe, which made me uncomfortable. I often found myself feeling on edge, especially at night when the sounds from other guests echoed through the thin walls. There was no noise cancellation at all, so I could hear every little thing happening around me. The overall layout and ambiance of the hostel really detracted from my stay. I think I would look for a different place next time.

Although hard to locate at first sight, the hostel inside is well designed (nice own bathroom inside every 4-bed room) and kept tidy. So, I guess I got my money's worth. Note: the kitchen is in an open balcony, which the rats tend to visit once the humans get inside the rooms to sleep. So if you decide to use the tableware, be sure to first sterilise it as best you can.

The location is good but the cleanliness of the shower and the workspace were very poor.

During my recent stay at a hostel, I had a great experience and would definitely like to come back again. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom was big, offering ample space and all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was also well-equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances, making it easy for me to prepare meals whenever I wanted (I have a stomach problem) The staff at the hostel were incredibly polite and friendly, always happy to help with any requests that I had. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home during my stay. The location of the hostel is also worth mentioning. It is situated just 3 minutes away from the nearest subway station. Additionally, there is a night bus (n11 bus) that runs directly to the airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight without any hassle. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at this hostel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

All was good , location is fine , the lobby located on the 1 floor , room is nice and big .

Considering the low price paid for the accommodation, it is understandable that certain compromises in service quality may exist. While the room was clean, the issues with amenities, toilet floor drain overflow, unclear directions, difficulties in accessing the building, and problems with the room key were notable drawbacks. In conclusion, the unit (no. 901) @ Hong Kong Mansion Causeway Bay provided an affordable stay. However, the cluttered corridor and unclear signage at reception (Pheonix Mansion), challenges with accessing the building, malfunctioning amenities, and issues with the room key at Hong Kong Mansion detracted from the overall experience. Considering the price, it's important to keep expectations in check.
