Harbour Bay Hotel recensioner

Very nice solution, near two subway station and several restaurants (Ichiran, Alice Pizza, 7 Eleven, etc.)

The location is good And the price is fare for this room size Very close to many resturants around here

The hotel is clean. And all staffs are polite. Nearby restaurants foods are overwhelming. Good choice of hotel

location is good very near to mtr..walking distance to hongkong museum avenue of stars..

Chose the hotel among holiday inn and Ramada as it is posted that the hotel was renovated 2024.. From the photos attached you can see that it needs renovations desperately. Feel very cheated. Curtains torn,wallpaper peeled and all.

Very spacious and clean. Definitely better than expected.

Nice room and great location. Lacked hand soap, asked the front desk for some and they insisted on us using the shower soap instead.

The place is clean and very convenient. 10/10 for the location, easy access for the MTR’s and bus. Service is four only because it’s a bit hard communicating with them at the front desk and no sofa to sit while waiting. Near to the mall as well.

It is one of the worst experience, it has no hot water coming out. You will have to bath in cold water and there is even a hair under my bedsheet. Don’t come…..

Hotel is opposite 海员之家 you can see many handsome hot guys through your windows Breakfast is the hk restaurant, but the service there is like, when you present voucher they told you, oh you are alone, why you use 2 vouchers, because I paid for it@@, and they will inform you, breakfast closed already, we are preparing lunch, blablabla, hotel is perfect, they can give you iron and room heater if you feel cold, cleaning everyday, but watch out, the door closing sound is too loud, you may not sleep really well , cause you will hear someone open and close door and u may get shocked

Good: location, friendly staff Bad: very old with some smell, shower pressure very weak and cannot have enough hot water, amenities are minimum, no drinking water, easy to hear noise from next room.

The room is extremely small, hardly be able to move around the beds. No hand towels, only big bath towels. No hand soap. Not sure if the water pressure is too low, the hot water in the shower is so small that it is dripping, impossible to shower. Toilet automatically flush with very little water that it couldn't flush clean. I have never seen such hotel listed as 4 star hotel.

Don t wait a high standing but area very convenient, bed confortable and families s room quiet.french bakery and coffee opposite
