Great location, 10 minute walk from mtr, friendly staff, nothing to complain.

Got a very big room. Closet, area for luggage, small table for laptop, drinks area with fridge. Nice bathroom

Very clean, the hotel looks very new and toiletries are provided (which some hotels don’t these days!!). The wifi connection is very stable and strong. The shower is very nice, hot water and the water pressure is very sufficient. The room is slightly small but acceptable at this price range. Location is nice, few minutes away from MTR station and is accessible to food and mall They brand themselves as apartment but in my opinion it looks more like a hotel, for instance there isn’t any kitchen. However, monthly rental options are available.

Got upgraded to the service apartment, was really a nice stay. Location was close to the train station and close to a lot of local restaurants. The room was clean and well maintained.

Clean and comfortable stay as usual. One of my preferred choice while in HK for biz trip. Thank you for the hospitality.

Initial booked room was occupied, given an apartment stay instead. Room was clean however no water is provided. Location is a little far from nearest station. There are food around the area, but hard to find a cafe or coffee place

Overall is ok … just not so convenient for calling taxi as there is drop off / pick up area near the hotel Air conditioner was very very cold … and was not adjustable

The hotel is quite central in location. There’s Starbucks next to it. However there are a lot of stairs and is not accessible to individuals who could use ramps, like travellers with large suitcases or disabled. There’s steps leading to the check-in lounge, steps to go up to the lifts and from the lifts on each floor to the rooms. The room is clean and of a good size. However, mine is right next to the main road and is very noisy. At night, there’s a low ringing noise that came in every 10s - I couldn’t get a good night sleep at all. The housekeeping is ok - but they missed some items after they cleaned up the room - they did not replenish the slippers, the toothbrushes, and the bath essentials. One of the towels had a lipstick mark on it. I had to go to the front desk to get them, but the front desk is very helpful. On the last day when I wanted to check out, the front desk personnel is missing and I had to wait about 15min for the person to return.

Apart from the steps at the entrance that makes moving heavy luggage cumbersome, everything was great, location, room size and cleanliness.

No service at all. The fire alarm all of a sudden ring at mid-night while no one pick up the phone to let us know what we should do.
