Very good location, just few minutes away from shopping mall, ferry terminals and Avenue of Stars.

Good location with a fantatic view of Victoria habour

Housekeeping did an amazing job; the room felt spotless every day. Also, the staff really made us feel at home, greeting us by name and checking in on our needs

Booked a larger room and first night I had a harbor view but the room was a little small. 2nd night I upgraded to a suite and it was huge. Maybe 5 times the size of the first room. Very pleased with that room. Had a kitchen, a full size dining table with seating for 6, bathroom had a bath and a separate shower. The bed size was king size and in a separate room. Lounge seating for 8. This room wasn't offered by trip.com. Executive Lounge was great and had afternoon tea, then free happy hour drinks later. Breakfast also in the exec. Lounge with personalized service from very nice staff.

The room I booked was priced at £274. I felt like I had arrived in Gaza, as the room had a war-torn aesthetic. A moldy shower curtain and a stained bathtub completely killed my idea of relaxing with a bath. The room reeked of mold, with water stains and cracks all over the walls. The soundproofing was atrocious—I could count every sneeze from the neighboring room. Before using the coffee machine, I wisely tested it with plain water first, only to see yellow water and unidentified black particles coming out. The most ridiculous part was at night when I was trying to sleep. Due to the aging wardrobe, the door couldn’t be closed properly, which kept the wardrobe light on and made it impossible to rest. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked. Finally, I contacted the hotel, and someone came to fix it at around 1 a.m. Even the repair person couldn’t resolve the issue at first and had to use a tool to jam the switch to turn the light off. He mentioned he would come back later for a permanent fix. Honestly, I rarely leave bad reviews for hotels—the last time was because of a giant spider web in the room. I don’t know where else in the world a hotel priced at £274 could fail to meet basic cleanliness standards. Maybe I just haven’t traveled enough? But I’ve stayed in places like New York, London, Paris, Tokyo, and Switzerland at similar price points, and I’ve never encountered anything like this. I’m truly at a loss for words.

First time in Marco Polo! Highly recommendable. I was so satisfied staying here.

Near the star ferry terminal and TST MTR station. Plenty of shops around.

Stayed only one night , staff is good service, I was asking conference to hotel has restaurant with siting area outside , but they said closed maybe they see me not guest 😆but it’s fine I well come back room is bigger I like

I was received kindly and with a smile and the hotel surprised me with a cake in my room as I checked in on my birthday! That wants touching showing Marco Polo went far and beyond. Thank you

love the location and the room given. love the spacious room and amenities available in the room and in the hotel. i can see the lovely Hong Kong view from the room. the hotel even surprised me with a birthday cake during my stay. I was very touched and I am looking forward to staying with them next time!

One of the older hotel in Hongkong. The design is just like what I used to see a decade ago; dimmed orangey lights, worn beds, a bit crowded; the perk is that older hotels mostly provide bigger room size. It was an okay stay for me. The location is in shopping areas; it's connected to Lane Crawford, harbour city, ocean terminal, 1881 heritage and closes to K11. The hotel is located near MRT stations, which is very convenient. Staff are helpful, service minded.

Always choose good place to live when you’re traveling, and marco polo is the good choice for me

The location was great. The hotel is connected to the mall, so you do not have to go out. The staff is super friendly.
