跟閨蜜們來紅海度假 景色:海景確實不錯 設施:但是酒店設施太老舊 衞生:衞生條件差,不介意的朋友的話,這個酒店性價比也還可以 服務:素質確實有待提高,有好有差吧。比如我們入住的就非常好,但是辦理退房的就非常不耐煩。 食物:這是最讓人不接受的,各種喝的都參水,果汁參水我還能接受,牛奶也是參水到根本沒有奶味,那麼多家庭帶了孩子來大家都很憤怒!

We had a nice stay! Good beds and ok rooms. In the Andalucia restaurant Mahmohd Hosny made our evry meal better with his welcoming hospitality and very good service. He was the best. We will most definiftely come back to this hotel for vacation.

We stayed at Mirette Touristic Village. The location was good and the room was spacious but unfortunately dirty and worn and bed was very uncomfortable.Despite that I believe that the hotel has potential to be much better with some renovations. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner very much. The staff was friendly, especially Mahmoud Hosny. He provided exceptional service. We particularly appreciate his efforts to keep our beverages refilled. He had even learned a few words in Finnish.

This location was right smack where we could stay out of the actual city hustle but a $1 Uber away. It has BEAUTIFUL private beach access. We loved our stay in Hurghada and will be going back. As for the resort, it was a place to sleep and shower. The grounds were beautiful, the inside was okay. I'd stay there again most definitely. It was not a Hilton by any means but I didn't pay for a Hilton either.

Best holiday ever. All the staff was very friendly but I mostly remember Mr. Mahmoud who was really amazing and helpful. The management was extremely supportive if there’s was any problem they would solve it immediately. Thank you so much 😊

It was the 1st time i Experienced Egypt? I'm so glad I listened to my partner's advice. As he had been several times previously we stayed at the sunny days Hotel in hagarada four twenty eight days. The? Hotel was amazing with lots to do. However, meeting some of the staff made the whole holiday so much more . A few to Mention Ahmed and .Mahmoud the pool. And lifeguard supervisors, the bar Stuff. the Cooks and managers, everybody really. Made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be going again.

So we booked the sister hotel "el palacio" but due to the staff at the palma de mirette especially Ahmed samir. His attitude towards guest service is above anything I've experienced on any holiday, he is attentive, caring and professional to a tee, he sorted some minor issues for us in his own time and helped resolve a major problem day before departure when my bank card was swallowed by the in house atm machine. He absolutely made the holiday 5* and without that we probably wouldn't even have looked at a return stay which is now a huge possibility later in 2025 the hotel itself is in a good location with plenty amenities around and offers decent excursions and we found the food to be of a good standard also. Top tip for this resort would be to look after Ahmed and make sure he stays

The best staff, very welcoming and professional and approachable. Ahmad samir is a very friendly, kind and caring person, he is always out and about and checking on the visitors if they need anything. We went to the hotel twice because of the great hospitality from the staff especially Ahmad Samir

We spent a week in this hotel. I think the price/quality ratio is right. Dear Mr. Khadr deserves special praise - the strongest point of this hotel - he was responsible for room service, he performed his duties very well and always with a smile. He always made a great surprise for my children with a towel on the bed. In addition, he also provided assistance beyond his duties in the form of tourist information. Always smiling and very hard-working despite the high temperature during our stay. I would also like to mention the pool staff who were always alert, helpful and smiling. Always at my post, thanks to them I felt that my children were safe. Special thanks to Mr. Rozeka. Always smiling, helpful and cordial. Honestly, every service person was very nice, smiling and helpful. I remember this stay very nicely and warmly. Best regards, Mateusz.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location on a sandy beach. All staff from reception to pool bar waiting staff luggage boys catering staff lifeguards are all very friendly and helpful.. the food is wonderful.cater for all nationalitys. The animation team are great and always entertaining. The pool boys are always very cheerful and helpful especially hossam and ahmed . We loved our many stays here and look forward to returning in January 2025

Helpful and warm welcoming staff especially at the restaurant. Food was amazing and tasty except for the snacks, they were not that good. Being close around the pool area and the beach was magnificent to avoid a long walk under the heat of the sun. What I liked also , the location as it's a few mins walk to the downtown and bazaars, and 5 mins drive to the marina and its fantabulous Cafes. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, Ahme.d Bgab, Moustafa , from whom I've tasted the tastiest omelet, Mahmoud who looks like the Pharaohs in their significant feature who was helping in the pastries corner and Aly the the young man. It's been a pleasure meeting all of you. Thank you to the sweet receptionist Mary , who's guided me to the AlZahraa Shop to get my brother-in-law birthday cake. I didn't like Mostafa nor Ahmed at the reception, they were not good with us for unknown reasons. Only Mary whom I liked to talk to. It's my second visit and won't be the last. Love you all and see you again.
