The hotel is located in a quiet lane - good sleep guaranteed. If there was a possibility, we would award more than 10 points to all the polite, friendly and helpful receptionists. In total we have travelled India for one year and we consider New Hotel Suhail best organized among all accommodations we had so far. We had a minor claim regarding towels. It was dealt with and solved immediately. The room was spacious and clean. Wifi worked perfectly. One liter of bottled water was provided every day free of charge. Pics on *********** depict reality. We can definitely recommend New Hotel Suhail. Thanks to all of you for making our stay an exceptional one. You definitely stand out of the crowd! Please keep up with it!

10/10 Hotel. The rooms were big with clean and hygienic bathrooms. The staff was kind and service was exceptional. The location is not the best - since the road leading up to the hotel is quite stinky with a public urinal. However, it is close to the main road with Grand Hotel and other restaurants nearby. It is also easy to get an auto after walking 300m nearby. The breakfast options available in the buffet were also great and the staff was constantly checking up on us. Overall It was an excellent stay, 10/10 would recommend.

Stayed at this hotel with brother in law March 2023 and chose this hotel again for two nights stay with my wife. Hotel is off the main road in a street that gets quite busy and congested with parked scooters/motorcycles etc. However, hotel is ideally located to main tourist attractions. A warm welcome greeting from the new manager and escorted to show us our studio room that was quite spacious, nice clean bathroom, well maintained. It appeared the room has been recently refurbished. Reception staff and all the service staff were quite attentive and receptive to your needs. The breakfast was well laid out buffet to cater for veg/non veg & live station for masala dosa, omelette etc. The dining hall was neat & clean. Overall, we very much enjoyed our two nights stay at New Hotel Suhail. My wife first visit to Hyderabad & it was an eye opener for her to shop around Charminar monument.

Good ambient and good amaneties near to market and all things were good no need to worry about this.

We are stay at hotels suhail troop bazar haydrabad. Hotel cleanness is not good service are not good we are not happy

Room was pretty ordinary. Tv was not functioning. Cup board was shabby. For 6000 could have been a better service

Clean, staffs are well behaved but basic things were not given, not even a dinner plate, or a glass to have water.

Location is very much in the inside with very small roads. Connectivity is good but we always booked cab walking till the main road. We had opted for breakfast and it was really good. We had reasonable verities and enjoyed our breakfast 2 days. Amenities and service is very good as they helped us with the luggages and also very hospitable

Very well maintained hotel and very friendly staff, guided us right form and check in until our checkout

Over all good experience. Location is ideal. Bathroom has to improve. Decent complementary break fast.
