Very nice hospitality offered by Fairfield Marriott Indore, a 4 star Marriott Bonvey property in the heart of the city. Location is decent and breakfast is awesome

服務人員反應很慢,房間沒有拖鞋和吹風機,需要打電話到前台要,然後等上一個小時才給送來。離店時還要現場填一個滿意度調查,果斷拒絕了,希望大家避坑。

Do not get trapped by the name ‘MARRIOT’. It was horrible experience, starting from checkout , we reached there at 06:00 PM the lady at the counter took 25 mins to allot the room and she gave us one room out of 2. The moment we entered the room our washroom had no napkins & Towels. No shower get in the shower area , AC wasn’t working , it took them 30 mins to fix the AC , we asked for whiskey glasses and they gave us 6 different glasses. Horrible breakfast , only the breakfast service was bit good.

The front office staff was really friendly and very helpful. It was my first solo work trip but i never felt that I am alone. Chef Krittika has amazing gesture and nature. Helped me ans advice me for further trip. Special thanks to Front office staff on duty, chef Krittika, and F&B guy.

This was our second visit to this hotel, with this one being just a short one day trip, but the hotel was kind enough to give us early check and slightly late checkout which was much appreciated. The staff at breakfast especially Jenny was quite good, and very friendly overall. Good property for a reasonably good quality stay.

Three of us me and my family members have been here tonight Jenny was very helpful at kava thanks to her service it was great having dinner at this place it has variety of food choices right from veg to salads and non veg for non vegetarians too..

Liked the food specially delicious chaat prepared differently by Chef Sayan.. The hotel staff are polite and active.. Rooms are specious and clean, Address easily reachable. Stay is peaceful interns of location and comfort , laundry service is also quick.

Suman & Chef Kritika - Good Service and Food, was able to provide Jain Food also. Having wide variety of choices in Jain Food, food was served in no minutes time. I suggest to enjoy the food, must visit in indore. Ms Suman is very support in helping the food choices.
