Great location!

Super spacious and quite room. Very convenient location as many must go destinations were just nearby the hotel.

Staff were very polite, helpful and could converse with fluent english. Location was excellent with many food options available

The location of the hotel is very good, the rooms are clean, well equipped and elegant. The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help you with any questions you may have. They also arranged a taxi to the airport and negotiated the fare for me, which made me feel at ease. If I go to Turkey🇹🇷 next time, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

The description of this hotel on trip.com should be updated that no breakfast is provided by the hotel anymore. We booked the best room for 3 with balcony for sea view. The room is really good for photo but actually is a bit small for 3 with limited space for opening suitcases. Venting is not working in the washroom. Staff are nice and prompt in solving problems but there is a pity that the housekeeping staff shook dusts in our open suitcase which we put near the bed as no other place could be used, which resulted me took all the stuff out and cleaned the suitcase. I know the housekeeping staff did not mean to do that but still cause some extra work for us.

This was my second time staying at this beautiful hotel. Besides its perfect location, I chose this hotel because of the staff. All of them are amazing and always smiley and attentive. Special thanks to Mustafa Kemal for his open hearted welcoming to me and my mom. Our room didn’t have a window to open air. However, Mustafa Kemal informed us that he can immediately change it in case we didn’t like it. We liked the room, however, if you would prefer some daylight in your room, request this in advance. This hotel has become my only address when I am in Istanbul.

前台人員服務非常好，一進門給了很多酒店周圍的攻略資訊，還能幫忙打電話預訂一些遊樂項目，房間很乾凈整潔，準備的東西細緻周全，酒店位子就在獨立大街上，一出去就是很多推薦買伴手禮的小店和連鎖店，非常方便！如果非要挑一個缺點，就是牆有點薄，大清早如果有客人在活動，房間裏會聽見，建議帶個耳塞，睡眠品質會更好，總體來説非常推薦這個酒店，體驗感極好！

（因為前一個訂單少定了一個晚上的） 酒店陽台的景絕了！會在陽台看日出和日落 服務：前台的服務也超級好，小哥會幫我們把行李送去房間，走的時候也會幫我們把行李搬上車 出了酒店就可以開始逛逛逛，入住還會給你一些他們推薦的餐館list，打卡了幾家都還算不錯 衞生也很乾凈，帶過去的一次性床品都沒有用上

前台的帥哥服務很熱情。 位置便利。就在獨立大街上，離地鐵站及海邊也都在步行範圍之類，離加拉太塔也也是步行。 房間給我們升級了，很寬敞，很舒適。

前台小哥超級熱情，checkin的時候一直聊天，問了很多問題也很耐心的回覆，跟我們説了各種去機場的路線，幫忙拿行李上樓，還給我們upgrade了房間，也可以幫忙叫的士。房間住的很舒服，很乾凈，有一個卧室和一個小客廳。旁邊特別好逛，很多餐廳和小店，離地鐵站也很近，特別方便。

我們是一家三口環土耳其自由行，最後才入住這裏，有個行李不用跟着走，酒店同意免費寄存，並滿足我們對房間的要求，很感謝。酒店住置就在獨立大街，太方便，5分鐘可到地鐵站，居然一點不吵，這裏很歐州的感覺，服務員素質很高，禮貌、周到。

房間很好很舒服，下回過來還要住，地理位置好。

伊斯坦堡回來第一件事就是要給The story of pera好評: 1. 位置最佳: 位置就在獨立大街主街上，周圍餐廳，咖啡廳非常多，關鍵房間還非常安靜，面積大。很適合朋友一起出來旅行住。 2.五星服務:服務是最大亮點，入住時會給客人兩張餐廳推薦清單，都是非常值得去的餐廳，在那我過了完美的生日。餐廳在生日當天早上還驚喜的準備了鮮花和蛋糕，異國旅行有這樣的感受，簡直太nice了。 另外，我想去買的當地紀念品，前台都會幫忙聯絡是否店鋪開門，或者預訂餐廳。其實應該是超五星的服務。 3.房間設施: 乾淨，舒適，安靜 這一定是去伊斯坦堡旅遊的最佳推薦酒店!
