it was a good place for a short stay the building is bit old but clean and staff is really helpful. i like staying here

Staff was friend and helpful, room is clean. Good location and right across the shopping street in Taksim. Many restaurants around as well. Main entrance is located in the back alley so might not be obvious but not too hard to find

Positive: The hotel is located in a historical place in Istanbul. We stopped and paid immediately for 5 days. The price is less than others. The owner is pleasant and communicate. Negative: The hotel was changed upon check-in into A-Plus hotel, not Lemon Residence. The toilet did not work and was flushed with a bucket all time. The refrigerator defrosted and water leaked onto the floor. The walls are very thin and you can hear how neighbors talking. It’s ok only for 1-2 days, no more … suddenly

Good location with good price. Room is spacious with good view.

前台24小時有人值班，接待的先生熱情友好效率高。地點也是在塔克西姆廣場及步行街附近，地鐵站近在咫尺，很是方便。遺憾的是沒有早餐提供，土耳其的早餐是全世界最豐富的早餐。塔克西姆廣場的機場大巴車費275土耳其里拉，但是要買儲值交通卡或信用卡付款，不接受現金，大巴車站有售票廳。

辦入住的時候換到了對面的aplus酒店 住了兩晚離前台最近的房間 本來挺開心的 最後一天早上準備出門 前台突然告訴我要把我換到五樓去 説有別人預訂了這間房 有點莫名其妙😕 而且五樓的房間沒有熱水 比一樓的還差 但是前台養了一衹貓 老闆還把它叫過來給我摸 看在貓貓的份上就算了

前台經常沒有人，不知道為什麼，叫也叫不出來，退房的時候，找了很久也沒有找到工作人員，只能在前台留下紙條和房卡在桌面。 晚上停水了一段時間，洗澡到一半水流越變越小然後停了水，很難受。 位置很好，續住了3次，總計4天，然後房間並不是每天都會打掃，一定要和前台的服務人員說，才會有人來打掃。
