Istanbul Airport Express Hotel recensioner

Rummet är inte stort, men det är rent och mysigt. Frukosten är bra och den ligger i en hall på översta våningen med lite utsikt. Hälften av eluttagen i rummet är otillgängliga eftersom de delvis täcks av bordet och TV:n.

Mycket bra kundservice. De ordnade hämtning och avlämning på flygplatsen åt mig. Var mycket nöjd med transporten de försåg mig med.

Det är i staden men det har inte 4-stjärnig kvalitet. Mottagningsvän var uppmärksam men hotellförhållandena var lämpliga

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For starters all of the rooms were filled with stains on carpet, floors and linen. There was a used menstrual pad in my toilet and garbage on the floor in the room and outside of it. I asked to change rooms only to see that ALL of the rooms are super gross and then when I asked for a refund the refused and kept showing me new rooms… even after 2 hours I still had to go to rooms that had all been smoked in and where super disgusting. The area around is super filthy and far from the airport which you have to pay extra for if you want an airport drop off… do you self a favour and never check in to this hotel.

My girlfriend and I had our flight delayed for 2 hours due to bad weather conditions. I told the lady at the reception about my situation. I asked if we could leave 2 hours later. She said that if we wanted to stay, we had to make an extra reservation for one more night and they basically kicked us out in the rainy and stormy weather. And even though we are people who stay at this hotel all the time. Never again. Never.

The hotel is very good for the price. Good location from Istanbul Airport 20 to 30 min away depending on traffic. Staff were excellent. The taxi driver dropped us at the back door which didn't look inviting. The front door looks okay. A lot of nice restaurants are near the hotel.

The hotel is near the airport. Yes, travel time is 15 minutes and is in the middle of the city. There are many supermarkets.

Nice spacious room located near the airport for a quick night stay.

It’s scary some one knocked my door at night and the phone inside my room doesn’t work and TV too

Clean and neat place . Breakfast was lousy . Staff at the kitchen is unfriendly and not suited for hospitality line
