The hotel was good but no tissue in the room , The shuttle was broken so couldn’t use it. But overall thats s good hotel.

酒店位置挺好，附近5分鐘走路有個家樂福超市，酒店還有個很小泳池，也可以放鬆一下。房間挺大，早餐不錯。去塔克西姆廣場要爬個坡，大約10到15分鐘走路

Service war gut! Für 5-Sterne Hotel leider sehr altmodisch und die Ausstattung ist sehr alt und mangelhaft. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, man konnte sich nicht richtig bewegen. Die Lage war recht zentral. Im Großen und Ganzen für den Preis, würde ich nicht wieder kommen.

酒店不錯，房間很大，也很乾凈，周邊環境差了點。

酒店還是不錯的。 而且樓下還有星巴克，所以其實蠻方便了。

The hotel is quite great for the rate they’re charging. Very nice staff and the service is Okay. The location is a bit off, even though it’s near Taksim, it requires Taxis for commute. Overall, happy that we stayed there.

The hotel was extremely dirty, with rooms clearly not cleaned after previous guests departed. We were shown three rooms, as we complained about the initial dirty room, and each was worse than the last. The toilets were filthy with hair from previous guests, the shower had mould, and there was hair and dirt everywhere, including on the bedsheets and pillows. The staff was present during the inspection and could clearly see the dirt, yet they were unhelpful. We had to find another hotel at 10 PM, and they charged us cancellation fees. It seemed we were expected to sleep in their dirty rooms. Not the best neighborhood too.
