Booked two refurnished hotel rooms. They are clean and spacious. But pillows are flat and too soft. There was a lizard sounding throughout the night. Equipped with bath tubs and the shower taps are spilt, one for cold and one for hot water. The breakfast (bf) space was not able to accommodate a large crowd during my stay. Hence the hotel staff converted a restaurant to bf area and ushered us to dine our bf there.

It’s my 3rd time staying here and my husband’s 6th time … we especially love the spacious room and comfy bed.. food was also tasty… however the gym was a bit stuffy …

I stayed here for 4 nights, 5 days. The ambience was great. I stayed in newly refurbished room super clean and neat the housekeeping service is really good and helpful but the only thing the toilet don’t have bidet hose it kind of was very uncomfortable. I think hotel need to do improvisation in that. I had breakfast for all 4 days, they do have varieties of food. The chicken rendang is really delicious. Pool area was beautiful but colour of the pool looks like not so clean so quite disappointing about that. Gym equipment is okay but treadmill need better maintenance. Overall was nice stay. Just some areas a little disappointing.

The staff members were all smiles and greeted us warmly. Good spread of food for breakfast and I enjoyed looking at the pool while having my leisurely brekkie.

Overall it was an excellent stay for my family in Thistle Hotel. Very large room for family suite like an apartment. The cleanliness should be improved because we found a tissue and cookies left under the sofa. Breakfast was good but need to queue about 10 minutes before we were allowed to go in due to no vacant tables.

Everything was good. Rooms and bathroom also clean. Spacious room. For breakfast they have limited choice of food. But the food was delicious. 👍🏻👍🏻

Nice place ...location at centre point easy go to anywhere from the hotel. Best choice at this hotel...love it.

Booked a King room, was an old (not the refurbished rooms) room on the 12th floor. Basic furnishing that look aged. There is a bathtub for shower, but without a curtain thus the entire toilet gets wet with puddles each time. At least the room was clean with a pleasant smell. Had expected more for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel room was great and spacious ! However, the sahur menu was quite limited, so it’s best to go early as the crowd starts coming in around 4 AM. That aside, the bed was spacious and comfortable, and the view wasn’t too bad either!

We stayed in the Deluxe Twin with seaview on L6 (newly refurbished), the room was very spacious n quite clean. The furniture was brand new and the room had been recently repainted, resulting in a strong paint smell. The toilet flushing system was not working properly, as the water flow was weak n slow. However, the seaview during sunset was beautiful. The receptionist’s attitude during check-in was neither friendly nor professional. The breakfast was average and u might be disappointed if u have high expectations. Overall, our stay at this hotel was okay.

Toilet seat was cracked. Is dangerous as user would be injured (skin could stuck inside the crack and cause bleeding). When informed the hotel, they just offered to change room with no apology at all. This is totally not acceptable for a five star hotel
