The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali recensioner

Everything was great! My only point of criticism is that the gym doesn’t open until 9am, which is very late. It would be great if it opened earlier given people want to workout before activities for the day.

The hotel location is perfect. Staff here are friendly. Pools are great for family , we enjoy our five days in the property, food are good too.

We had a brief but really fun stay here at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa. We were warmly greeted by the sweetest staff member, Megumi. She heard that it was our dream one day to stay here and for our 16th anniversary we made it happen, and she surprised us with Leis! It was incredible. The staff here are attentive and kind and so welcoming! Michael with Maui Gold pineapples made sure to tell us all about the resident HUGE fish in the Koi pond, a cousin to the piranha, whose name is “Mitch”. The kids loved the fun facts he shared, as well as offering us some of his delicious Maui Gold Pineapple and some chocolate buckeyes he generously shared with us. The lobby had our complimentary coffee for guests from 6-9am, and a fun flamingo (yes, there are FLAMINGOS!) and koi feeding at 9am. Upon arrival we were also given two complimentary tickets to grab a cocktail or mocktail at their poolside bar. There were other complimentary offerings as well that we did not take advantage of. The kids spent most of their time on the waterslides. Poolside seating can be difficult to find if you arrive later than 10am, but if you’re patient and keep an eye out, a space usually opens up. The location can’t be beat as it’s directly next door to Whalers, which has great shopping and restaurants that are beachfront. Awesome snorkeling at Black Rock is a short 5-7 min beach walk from the hotel. We were really happy with our stay! Our room faced the mountains and we had a gorgeous view of the sunrise. There are private adult only hot tubs (one infinity sand bottom!) and pools as well. Water bottle filling stations are found on the lobby floor. Excellent choice for families. $35 self park fee or $45 valet.

前台接待熱搜情，雖然我提前2 個多月要求安排2個房間裏是雙床，但攜程顯然工作沒做到位，祖孫三代人出來度假，衹安排2張大床，讓人怎麼睡，最後和前台接待員溝通再三，解決了問題！不是攜程客服幫我解決問題！提醒預訂海外酒店的客人，對房間有什麼要求，最好電話和攜程客服溝通確認為妥！！！

位置非常好，高層海景房風景非常美，環境特別舒服！ 風景和位置配得上這個價格，房間設施一般，服務和房間設施配不上這價格

Любимый отель на этом острове ! Все замечательно !

호텔 바로앞이 바닷가라 뷰가 너무 아름다웠습니다. 호텔 수영장도 크고 여러 볼거리들도 많아서 좋았습니다. 기회가 된다면 다시 또 가고싶네요.

건물이 오래되서 전체적인 룸 컨디션은 별루였어요. 욕조가 없는 방이었고 수영장에는 사람이 많아 썬베드 자리잡기가 쉽지 않습니다. 투숙객이 많아 어딜가나 북적였던게 휴양하기에는 좀 힘든 곳입니다.

非常不推薦，整個酒店非常老，員工非常沒有禮貌且不專業，衞生很差，洗髮水都沒有，隔音也不行。做這麼久的飛機來度假，沒有必要在這裏浪費時間。

지상낙원입니다 직원들도 친절하고 위치 최고예요^^ 특히 수영장이 너무 좋아요. 일층 라이브바 음식 너무 맛있었어요^^ 바베큐립 스테이크 코코넛쉬림프 너무 맛있어요^^
