Royal Group Hotel Chun Shan Branch recensioner

I am booking a big room about 43 sq.mm, it's very comfortable to stay, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, good service, can be storage luggage before check-in and after checkout. I'm recommend.

The location is great for transit, eating and shopping. The rooms are ample, nicely decorated, felt new and clean. Breakfast is good and there are complimentary steamed buns, juices, coffee, teas and ice cream available at any hour. Staff are friendly. They speak little or no English, but that’s not a problem with translation apps. Only issues are weak wifi that only worked on the ground floor and not consistently, and the fact that cigarette smoke sometimes travels either through the ventilation system or because the doors don’t close tightly. Sound also travels but guests were discreet so that was not an issue. The hotel isn’t suited for anyone with mobility issues as there is a step to the front door, another to reception and three more to the elevator. No ramps. There is even a step from the bedroom to the bathroom. Very odd. Overall a very good stay.

位置很好離三多站很近。房間整體色調比較暗沉，淋浴設備老舊、有水鏽。

這次是三個人去上研討會會而去住宿，入住後還可以在一樓用點心，有爆米花、包子、冰淇淋、飲料等自助取用。而提供洗衣、烘衣免費。 洗澡水壓夠，冷熱可以。環境大。對於只睡一晚就出門的我們，非常適合。

飯店的服務很好，打電話詢問時很親切，詢問電視的開關還有電燈如何打開都有很仔細的解釋說明，讓我們覺得使用起來很安心

前台服務態度一般，房間有很大烟味，酒店有説明不准吸烟，但竟有很大烟味，一定不會推薦給朋友，亦不會再次入住

由於這次旅行有親友同載,尚不知交通位置離大眾運輸方便與否 僅分享環境設備心得 飯店提供24小時點心吧相當貼心,大廳與餐食區結合 早餐總類有白飯/粥/麵包類/幾樣炒熱食/生菜沙拉/咖啡豆漿等 雖說不算精緻但以住宿價位一人1000以內來說已有誠意 環境整潔乾淨 看不出歷史很久 飯店有免費腳踏車可以租用很方便 唯一缺點是隔音較不好,房間內可以聽到走廊別間客房講話開門聲音 下次再來鹽埕區遊玩,還是會將這間列入考慮

酒店是有點古舊的了，但距離捷運站很近是它的優點 前台工作人員竟然有留意到我的訂房備註有點令我意外，(因為住了幾間她是第一家有跟我確認這點的酒店感覺很好) 總體來說是推薦的！

服務態度親切、房間乾淨舒適，餐點品質很好。如果下次還有去高雄出差活旅遊，一定優先選擇御宿中山館，也大力推薦給親友。

房間中規中矩，乾淨。就是開業時間久了，有的老舊

整理不錯，有停車位，但是可惜電梯只有一部空間不大，而且房間走廊雖然冷氣很強，但是煙味還是很濃，如果開房門，煙味就會飄至房間內，讓孩子一直過敏不適，希望能改善，謝謝
