However, we must clarify that several of the points raised do not fully reflect our standards and services. Guest Capacity & Sunbeds: Our hotel is large, and during peak season it can be busy. Sunbeds around the pool and beach are limited due to safety regulations and space restrictions. Our policies are in place to ensure fair use, and staff actively monitor this. Claims of “no availability” do not reflect the measures we implement to accommodate all guests safely and comfortably. Dining & Service: We offer a wide variety of daily dining options, including themed buffets, snack bars, and à la carte selections. All meals are prepared under strict hygiene and safety standards. While taste preferences differ, reports that food is “appalling” or consistently “poor” do not reflect the overall quality consistently reported by our guests. Table service policies are designed to ensure an organized and safe dining experience. Staff & Communication: Our team receives continuous training, including language skills. While not every staff member may speak fluent English, each department has personnel who speak different languages to assist guests. Our staff consistently aims to provide professional, polite, and timely service. We are glad that some members of our team, such as the pool aerobics instructor and cocktail bar staff, were recognized for their service. Room & Facilities: Rooms are assigned based on availability and booking preferences. All rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly whenever reported. Overall: We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, many guests return year after year and consistently express high satisfaction with our facilities, food, and service. While peak season can be busy, the notion that our hotel cannot provide a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable experience is not accurate.
