Palau Royal Resort recensioner

American price at South East Asian/Pacific/Indian standard of hygiene. Room was dirty with hairs everywhere. Internet constantly gets disconnected you need ID&Psssword login every single time, I cannot believe this is 5 star hotel. It’s city location which I’m not fond of, but view from room was great and must be good for tourists who want to actively go around the island. I preferred Palau Pacific, the serenity of location.

The staff in PRR are very kind and helpful. Hotel facilities are excellent, including a constant temperature outdoor swimming pool, private beach, gym, recreation room (pool and table tennis), as well as outdoor tennis court and mini-golf. You can find day-trip leaflet at hotel, staff are very willing to arrange the trip for you.

good resort, suitable for leisure vacation

I really enjoyed my stay at Palau Royal Resort, which lasted for 6 nights as my return flight had to be postponed by 2 days. It was home away from home, and I cannot thank all the staff enough for their excellent service, welcoming smiles and wonderful help rendered throughout our stay. Our room was also cleaned up very well every single day, kudos to the lovely cleaning lady who always greeted us with a beaming smile when she came around to do her job. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Palau!

帕勞為數不多的幾家5星酒店之一。聽當地朋友説：該酒店是日本公司經營管理，故針對使用華人平台預訂酒店者會蓄意抬高房費。本人為一探究竟，特地用大陸手機上的攜程App和加拿大手機上的Booking App查了一下該酒店同一日期的房費並作了比較，證實了朋友説法的正確性……感覺無語………

很漂亮的一間飯店，有自已的碼頭，有機會再樹帛琉一定會再預訂這間老爺飯店，真的很美，房間乾淨又有浴缸。

這輩子沒見過這麼差的酒店wifi ，每三分鐘重連一次。多次求助酒店也沒用。

房間超美的，一眼望去有小山，也有海洋，我放了照片在這裏。非常適合度假的一家酒店。服務人員也都非常的幫忙， 海灘很棒，應該是我在所有的海里游泳的經驗最好的一次。因為風景很好，而且水非常的乾淨，遊了之後就愛上了！ 唯一有一點點問題的是 WIFI 不太好用，一直跳出來. 搞得我要工作都很難，哈哈，或許這就是為什麼在這個酒店中可以休息的原因吧。但的確是唯一美中不足的地方. 令我印象很深刻的是在 wave 的餐廳裏，Daniela 真的很棒，我們去一次，他就基本上記得我們想要的東西，而且超級 attentive! 這樣的員工真是令人難以忘記，要大大表揚一下！ 總之，非常推薦給大家！

We had a day or so to rest up before heading out on a scuba diving live aboard. The staff here at PRR were so kind, helpful and amazing. Their "high-touch" approach included everything from pristine, comfortable rooms with a gorgeous view of the private beach and ocean to a "welcoming" coupon for a free drink. The rooms are newly renovated and spacious with a lovely bath area. A small refrigerator, tea, coffee and 2 bottles of free water were included. There is a lovely spa on site and the restaurant has a generous buffet of island delicacies to enjoy. There is a shuttle available to collect and return you to Korer International airport (fee-based). The front desk staff were very helpful, patient, and easy to work with.

After reading mixed reviews, we were unsure what to expected, but we were really positively surprised by the hotel. The price was fair for what we received! Room: We got upgraded to a room with views over the beach, which was beautiful. The AC was very powerful, the bathroom was very big and even had a Japanese toilet. They had a big amount of toiletries available for free. There was a mini fridge to store food/drinks, and two small complimentary bottles of water. They had USB and USB-C plugs in the wall and international power sockets. It wasn’t the most modern room, but very clean and still pretty. Hotel: The hotel grounds are extremely pretty, there is a saltwater pond with a turtle and various tropical fish. The pool is nice and calm, and the private man made beach is ideal for relaxing and snorkeling while looking at the rock islands. They closed off the water around the beach with some nets, as right outside of the hotel area there’s a boating lane with many boats passing by, so the swimming/snorkeling options are limited, but there are still more than enough corals to house beautiful fish. The restaurant is not cheap but has really good food and the bar has nice cocktails and free karaoke on most nights. We received a 5 minute massage voucher and it was one of the best ones we ever had. There are water fountains and ice machines in some floors for free and unlimited use, and there are ice buckets in the room. Laundry and dryer is available 24/7, for 3.50$ each. The hotel in general is not the newest/most modern, but still very clean and kept up well. Location: There are many restaurants in walking distance, and a small grocery store across the street which is very convenient. Airport transfer is 25$ per person per way. For some reason they made us leave the hotel at 5:30 am when departure was at 8:30, and we were at the gate at around 6:30, but I guess you can never be too safe. Staff/Service: Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They tried their best to accommodate any special requests we had. We would definitely come back and can really recommend this place.

1. we have a disabled and older person, I suggest you have to set disable room in the shower otherwise a very dangerous. 2. the room is very humid so the floor always wet. 3. Darwin at the restaurant is great.
