The room is clean and tidy. But I do not like their service as everything have to done by ourselves. We have to follow their instructions to get the key and without paying the RM 200 deposit, they won't let you know any details of getting the key and how to get into the room. There is not instructions how to go to the letterbox to get the key. Then when we go open the door there is 2 rooms, 1 on the left and another 1 on the right, they didn't let me know which room is belong to me, I have to key in the password on the digital lock for both room then only know which is the exact room. The sound proof also not good, can keep hear next door voices. There are plenty of rules have to obey during our stays. If we did not follow the instructions, the deposit may not be refunded. All these things make us can not enjoy our stays. Normally will check out on 12pm, but they require us check out on 11am. Before 11am, already keep message you and remind you check out. It make us feel like chasing us. Have to fill up Google forms also. Many many steps have to follow.

Svar från boendet: Thank you for your review. we would like to clarify that, every check in is required to collect security deposit, it is a standard practice in local hospitality industry, this is to cover any accidental damages or loss access card if happen. We do sent you the self check in instruction for you to collect the access card and which side your room is. There is also a tutorial video included in the instruction too. House Rules is also a standard practice in local hotels and homestay. Check out time is differ among every hotel and homestay, although we stated the check out time is 11am, we do allow guest to have buffer time to check out before 12pm is free of charge. The check out reminder is necessary because we want to avoid argument with guest of the check out charge if guest stayed overtime. We take refund deposit seriously and to avoid wrong bank account refund we use the G form ensure the accuracy and also a best way to remind the guest to provide their account.

Is a very comfortable, nice & clean environment, very convenient for staycation when you are lazy to drive out after check in! Host is also very friendly & helpful, prompt reply & clear guidelines. Definitely will book again !

Svar från boendet: Hi we are airbnb service, not like hotel we don't have reception counter. Guest should provide us with a valid contact number for us to send the self check in details 1 day before the check in. The surrounding of this property guest may find many local food and restaurant. we highly recommend guest to try the local food. The unit provided the guest with sufficient amenities, like simple basic kitchenette (Noodle Pot, Frying Pan, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking & dining utensil, TV or projector with entertainment app, hairdryer, Cloth Ironing set, cloth Washing & drying machine, air conditioning in room, hot water shower with shower gel & Hair shampoo). Kindly clarifies your experience of "not convenient experience" you had so we may improve our service or provide certain information for the guest.

Очень хорошие и уютные апартаменты на 28ом этаже. Постельное белье и полотенца были чистые. Хороший и быстрый wi-fi. Вместо телевизора был проектор. В целом дизайн комнаты очень красивый, чем то напомнило бунгало на Бали :) классный вид на город и башни Петронас. Есть все необходимое для жизни (посуда, бытовая техника). На 10ом этаже есть общественная зона с бассейном, фитнес залом, коворкингом и зоной барбекю. Лифты быстрые, ожидание меньше минуты. Чек-ин и чек-аут очень простые, по инструкции из whatsapp. Там же можно получить всю необходимую информацию. Очень доволен, спасибо :)

周邊環境有些複雜都是馬來和印度人 房間公寓環境不錯的 公寓的管理服務體驗感一般説實話 還不到十一點一直催退房 還要告知更早 周圍沒啥吃的 所以國人不是很推薦
