South of the clouds HOTEL KL Sentral recensioner

a nice place for short stay, walking distance to various eateries, public transports.

Had a hard time looking for the place. First unit number is not displayed on shop front and second hotel name is Signature instead of South of the Clouds.

I was booked executive room with double queen beds. When upon check-in time, front desk staffs informed us hotel is undergoing renovation our executive room is not available.After they ask me to take a triple room. That room was ok to me. We stayed at triple room 2 nights. Aircon was super cool. Beds and pillows are not too clean. Hot water pressure very low. In room House keeping daily. hotel location,helpful front desk staffs and restaurants around the hotel are superb. Budget, location, easy transport 4/5.

The Hotel Signature is now named newly as South of the Clouds hotel, with the same location. Same staff. Mr Hazrin, Mr Majid and Ms Rina are available. Mr Hazrin is still with his outstanding presentation and with his pleasant smile. Mr Majid and Indonesia Madam are good at their service.really happy with these staff and hotel. Appreciate the New management for being professional and kind. All the very best to new Management.

Strategic location and friendly staff.

Clean and safe room. The bed was very comfortable to sleep. The location very strategic. Totally walking distance to kl sentral, the service from workers, staffs was nice too. Everyone was helpful. Room is spacious and comfortable for solo traveller like me. For online booking, check in very fast because as they are normally prepared for you arrival 👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🥰

Reasonable price and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around to city centre. Just walking distance to kl sentral and NU sentral mall. Room is ok, unstable wifi, the cleaning should be better.

Stayed for few nights here and im satisfied. The staff is very friendly, excellent location, and clean room. Only downside is no toiletries provided.

This is my second time staying in a span of one week, after short check-out for a quick travel out of KL. They quickly respond to my complain on air-conditioning problem (not lucky this time, I guess, rarely happen when I stayed here, well, not my lucky day) and give me a similar room. Kudos to front desk staff whom always greeting not just me but new guest with a smile and "assalamualaikum" definitely will stay here again.

Even though it's a last minute bookings... It's a good hotel.... Tht nite... Our air conditioning went un functional... The staff quickly change our room. .. Thank you yaaa....

So basic. I think this is old hotel. The hotel location is nearby public transport such as LRt, Monorel and Erl KL Sentral Have a lot of indian restaurants around the hotel Wifi are not good coverage

The hotel was newly renovated. Was booked for shorty stay, room is clean and hygiene and just a simply room. The location was good, walking distance from KL Sentral.

Hi, here i want to do a report about how the services given are not satisfying at all. I already booked a room, and when I wanted to go check in, the receptionist said the room was not available without a solid reason. (There's no point in booking.). She asked me to cancel and didn’t take any responsibility for that issue. I was so shocked, i never faced this issue before. I am so disappointed because the money was not refunded and there were no apologies received. After 2 days, I already called again.. first,  they said they would update, and then after that, I cannot reach them anymore.
