Jag var såklart missnöjd.När jag kom dit fick jag höra att jag inte kunde checka in förrän klockan 3. Efter att jag checkat in luktade rummet konstigt När jag kollade sängen på natten hittade jag blod på sängen. Sättet att lösa problemet var att låta mig vänta i 20 minuter och sedan hitta en kille. Byt bara lakan och det är det, det är fantastiskt👍

Easy access area. Easy to get grab. Nearby KLCC can walk to KLCC for around 10 minutes. Friendly staff and very helpful. The room was nice and spacious. The view was great.

Room rates was affordable too. The rooftop bar at night was good with the night view.

The hotel is located in a prome spot, making it convenient for exploring the area. From the moment i arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming,professional, and attentive to my needs. The rooms were spotless,spacious and equipped with all the modern amenities i coula ask for. The ber was especially comfortable, ensurinv a great night sleep after a long day. Overall exceeded my expectations in every way. I’d highly recommended it to anyone looking a perfect blend of comfort, service and convenience.

I recently stayed here for 4 nights as a first-time solo female traveler and had an overall positive experience. My room was very clean and spacious for one person, with a great view and a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room at a perfect temperature, while the hot water and water pressure in the shower were consistently good. The staff were friendly and polite, always ready to help with any questions. A few minor issues came up during my stay: the TV channels had a tendency to glitch, and I had to call a technician multiple times, especially after turning the TV off. If you're using Grab, be prepared for some delays as the road in front of the hotel is usually busy. The location is a bit of a walk (12-14 minutes) from the nearest LRT station, so if you enjoy walking like I do, it's not a big deal; otherwise, it might feel a bit far. The lobby can feel crowded since it’s on the smaller side, and while the breakfast is decent, I’d love to see a bit more variety, and quicker replenishing of items would be nice too. Overall, a good choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean room with friendly service!

Given its city-center location, it is understandably crowded with many foreigners. There is no valet service, but I absolutely loved the room, and all of my friends approved of it as well. However, I was expecting a mix of Malay and Chinese cuisine for breakfast, but the offerings were mainly pau. Perhaps because it was the eve of Deepavali, we had tosai for breakfast. Will I stay here again? Yes, but I might opt for a queen bed next time. Please note that a RM100 cash deposit is required, and ensure that the cleanliness of the room is well-maintained to avoid a fine of MYR500.

15 mins footwalk from Pertonas Twin Towers and Suria Shopping Mall. Poor breakfast. High floor view, but there are a lot of constructing skyscrapers around.

Comfortable room. The Kamoung kitchen breakfast and lunch buffet was awesome.

A nice hotel. Better than many other Ibis is other countries. Room was quite decent especially since there’s an iron and ironing board inside the room which is much more helpful than having to leave my room and go to a dedicated room to iron my clothes. Room is decent size too, not too small like other Ibis hotels. Breakfast variety was not too bad and quite tasty. Only thing required is the replenishment of food which needs to be better. Hotel has a decent swimming pool and gym which are not big but functional. This is quite a good Ibis hotel considering the room size, breakfast and the overall facilities. Yes, the staff are nice. Maybe if they learn to interact with the guests a bit more, this Ibis hotel will become a fantastic hotel.

We have been here for second time. Good location. Near twins tower and pavilion shopping mall.

Near to twin tower just 7min walk, Good choice of breakfast,Easy checkin and checkout process however make sure if you have already paid the tourism tax otherwise they will charge you while checkin. Rooms are not spacious recommendable for couples ,solo and business travellers for family try to opt for bigger rooms

Reception staff were all very helpful and the hotel breakfast had an abundance of options, both local and more western. The swimming pool was lovely, however, the construction of a new building has blocked off the view of the Petronas Towers so unfortunately, they’re no longer visible. The Petronas Towers are just a 10 minute walk from the hotel though if you are visiting them.

The hotel provides great services, but the breakfast could be improved a bit compared to other hotels in the Kuala Lumpur. Overall, I would give it a 9/10.
