Best KL City View at Regalia Residence recensioner

Already remark for non smoking room but still get a studio with extra smoke fragrance. Asked the details for check in procedure many time. Till i need to wait around 45-50 minutes to be replied. Even i already paid in online. The guard even give me the wrong details where i should park my car. Totally worst staycation. The lift also need to wait for at least 7min-10min to get your turn. The kitchen also so old. Scared me to use since there is no instruction and any sign which side should i turn. But, luckily they rply me asap when i asked about the kitchen

The checkin checkout process very smooth. Price reasonable with best condition of room service. Clean and tidy, bathroom is big and got queen and single bed.

It's was really awesome to stay at Regalia Residence. The apartment was clean and the services were available also it has a good view to see all KL.

Not proper working condition wash room, TV, and hot water also. Informed them but never respond. Think twice before you go there

The owner of the accommodation is a Russophobe and a rude person. Disgusting attitude towards guests. It is better to find other apartments. We were supposed to check in late in the evening, which I wrote when booking. When we arrived at the place, no one was there and the staff did not get in touch. We sat tired from the road on the street for half the night and waited for us to be registered. The furniture in the room is all old, ants were running around in the kitchen, the bathroom smelled of mold and dampness. There is NO SOUNDPROOFING in the room. We lived on the 33rd floor, you could hear everything from the street and the noise in the corridor. There is a swimming pool on the roof, but there are almost always a lot of people there and it is impossible to swim. The most interesting fact. We left a deposit of 200 ringgit in cash. When checking out, we asked to return the deposit in cash. In response to our request, the owner of the hotel (or employees) began to be rude and rude, making Russophobic statements (ridiculing us for being Russian). as proof I am attaching a screenshot of the "friendly attitude" of the owner towards guests from other countries. Overall I am not very happy with this accommodation, in Kuala Lumpur you can find apartments much better than this. nice apartment. I lived on the 33rd floor and had a beautiful view of the city from the window. The panoramic view from the pool on the 37th floor deserves special attention. There is also a second pool on the 5th floor, there are fewer people there and you can swim in peace. The bathroom can be cleaned and there is a laundry room. there is a kitchen and dishes, everything is clean. Asa liked us. just keep in mind that if you arrive at night to check in, it is not a fact that you will be checked in at late hours. There is no one at the reception after 10 p.m. and there's only two towels provided for two people in apartment

Comfortable stay with Kuala Lumpur uper view swimming pool

Stay here for a week and extand my night stay as my husband job is still on going (dont know when we c.out). The host and staff really helpful. Room was great and really big space. Enough for group or family. Near to all places and easy access with pubkic transport. 5minit walking distance to shopping mall. Overall nice place indeed

Excellent room, nice pool My room is level 30, lift could be long during peak time AC not working? Remote battery is out? Not sure Bit room is not hot, so okay without AC Walkable to sunway putra

View of hotel is great, swimming pool facility and security is good.

Love the place but i hope they maintain and service the ac more frequently. The ac barely working on the first night, i was unable to sleep cuz it’s hot. Contacted the customer service & they’re very helpful. They offered a different room for the second night. Thanks :)
