Bed is big for Japan standards , room just enough , good location next to restaurants , good onsen.

Good location near by the river. Good staff. Will come back to stay again

The female staff could speak English and very throughly explained everything. We stayed 2 nights. The outdoor hot spring is amazing. Breakfast is delicious, view is great.

Excellent location, right in front of Nusamai Bridge and walking distance to the fisherman wharf. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel, all with pretty good reviews. Breakfast was great too, lots of selection and taste good. The only thing I don't quite like was the room. Booked a 3 bedded room, room was clean, no view, basic amenities, nothing special about the room. Air con is controlled by a centralised system, I went in June, and it was too warm at night. I feel the price is quite expensive for the room.

飯店房間有點小但位置相當好就在河邊、隔離就是幣舞橋；旁邊2條街夜晚都是食街（歡樂街）；飯店大浴場相當大有桑拿、有露天風呂、露天風呂還有大屏幕🖥️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻；早餐選擇少但味道唔錯！步行10分鐘到釧路站、5分鐘到moo碼頭！非常方便！

โรงแรมที่ตั้งดี ห้องรีโนเวทใหม่ แต่ห้องค่อนข้างร้อนเพราะเป็นห้องมุม แจ้งพนักงานฟร้อนขอเปลี่ยนห้อง พนักงานช่วยเหลือดีให้พัดลมมาใช้งานเพิ่มเติมด้วย ออนเซนใหญ่ สะอาด อาหารเช้าดี วิวสวย

立地、サービス、温泉、ブュッフェ最高でした。 スタッフの方々はみなさん終始、笑顔で対応してくれてとてもいい旅行になりました。建物の形からギリギリに予約したので部屋の窓からの景色は全くダメでしたが、温泉と朝食会場からの景色は釧路川と幣舞橋が見れて絶景でした。 温泉は強食塩泉であったまります。サウナも露天風呂も広くゆったりしたスペースで寛げました。 ブュッフェも値段の割にとても豊富で味もとっても良かったです。 次回の宿としても是非利用してみたいです。 ちなみに仕事でもビジネスホテル年間250泊はしている感想です。

酒店是重新裝修的，溫泉設施比較特別，女湯需要沐浴不穿衣服情況下才能到頂樓露天溫泉。 員工語言能力出色，服務優良，只是停車場費用較高。 鄰近幣舞橋及市場。
