Grear hotel with excellent service. The room was ready when arrived and the staff accommodating us earlier. The room was Japanese modern style - more then perfect!!! Highly recommend

Location and price both match each other and credited to the opposite supermarket which make everything convenience. Only not good is no water supply (filtered water) and umbrella when rains

To experience Japanese traditional room with tatami mat with futon beds and dining table, perfect for a couple as lighting and aesthetic was perfect, as central mall across hotel provide fresh foods for dining in as room has stove warmer etc. area has some traditional restaurants with convenience stores.

Great location very near to bus stop very convenient to travel around Kyoto city. Mostly self service and need to take note On the check out time is very early 10am, extra fee will be charged if check out late.

Perfect location with everything nearby. Downside of the room - no full size mirror

the location is quite far from the station but the hotel very nice, can take city bus though it easier to move around with it.theres super market and connivence store around! and also nice cafe

Great place to stay. I was surprised the room had a kitchenette and there is a grocery store across the street. Bus stop right outside as well. Nice and quiet area.

Small hotel a bit far from town but well served by public buses just outside. Room relatively big by Japanese standard. Good AC, hot water and water pressure. Tiny toilet and a small kitchenette. There’s a supermarket, Starbucks and 7-11 nearby. One of the largest Starbucks with a nice decor. Not much eating places around. Small HK restaurant beside run by a HK couple.

Great room size and clean, location is great near hypermarket and convenient store.

I really love the room design. Spacious, got stove and kitchenware. Got a lot of shelves for your stuff. The only con is not many things in the surrounding areas

Great little stay! Clean room in which I really enjoyed the simple design and decor of rooms. Very helpful staff. A huge grocery store nearby and a big Starbucks to do some work at the cafe. I am pleased and would stay here again! Thank you!

The view is really nice out there and the hotel outside had bus station which is really convenient to go places that you would want to visit.
