A very clean and cozy hotel, location is good where is not far away from Kyoto station 5~10 mins by walk, self helping free tea and drip coffee provided to customers. a pretty perfect place to stay in your Kyoto trip for several nights

Great lounge space with toaster oven, microwave, coffee and tea.  Bath area is awesome with a hot bath option. Free laundry and other optional amentities like extra blankets, iron, etc are very nice and convenient.

Very nice. It is good for solo or couples. The makn bath is on the ground floor but it very clean and the public bath is nice. There is toilets every floor.

I need to bath but this close 1 am. Need Electric Kettle but this empty no Electric Kettle not enough. Good free coffee & tea.

Good location, very good room, but only 1 bath in the first floor, and only one bathroom per floors, but good prive worth-ratio!

Booked this with a bit of hesitation but looking at reviews and some of the pictures of others made me decided to give this a try. Wasn't really keen on non toilet room but heard it's super clean and nice so I book. The location is superb first of all. Maybe 5mins or less depending on speed to Kyoto Station. The check in is seamless and fast. Rooms is small but very surprised it comes with a sink at least. Makes washing up in morning and evening super convenient. Rooms are tidy and modern and individual aircon control. Every floor has male and female toilet. For male there's a urinal and 2 cubicles so need to plan your visit well. At level 1, there's the public bath and also in house onsen. 4 showers and 2 cubicles toilets. Very busy in morning and evening so plan accordingly as well. Don't really have much complain and if prices continues to stay this way, I wouldn't mind staying or recommending to friends.

close to kyoto station and lots of bus stops nearby so pretty nice

All great, the rooms are small but very clean. The best part, the lounge, with coffee, the and a small kitchenette… and the bathrooms with a japanese bath and also western showers! I will definitely recommend it!

挺乾淨和現代化的酒店（雖然房間不大）。浴室是公用的，每層大概有一間共用廁所，房間內有洗臉池，沒有早餐，位置到也還好，離九條站不遠。

ロビーに茶葉が数種類、コーヒー豆が3種類無料提供されているのが良かったです。綺麗でオシャレなホテルでした。
