Overall this hotel was great!! The view is superb!! Also friendly staff and the food for ( breakfast ) is good all perfect seasoning. We scared that mostly review said that they play music until late night but now after 9pm all quiet. Overall is a great night and also the giving us chocolate cake for our first honeymoon.❤️

Beautiful and wonderful hotel. So magical. All of us enjoyed the room hotel and the facilities. However our stay was short as we had early morning komodo national park tour. We should book this hotel on our last day

Amazing staff, beautiful location! Close to many great restaurants and hotel offers a great tour of the islands.

Nice architecture like in Santorini. Room is ok for the price but could use a bit more cleaning. Nice rooftop bar but pool is a bit small but with great sunset view.

My rating is only valid with regards to the service. I'm disappointed with their policy that doesn't allow refund/rescheduling in the case of natural disaster. The airport was closed in Nov 2024 due to volcano eruption, so no flight there. They only permitted us to reschedule within the year which is difficult considerin only 1 month left before year-end. While other local hotels allowed us to refund. It's a disaster, but they didn't care.

Very recommended to stay here and comes with nice views from the rooftop bar itself.

Room was very smal and smelled.. We even had a problem with hot water which forced us to change room after the room was being prepared for 3 hours. Breakfast was very ordinary.

A bit far off from the Main Street but the sunset view is just stunning. Totally like Santorini

The only thing good about the Loccal Collection Hotel is their appearance from the outside. The food was average, the service was nonexistent. You had to find someone to get a towel or drink when at the pool. The rooms are small and at night a sewage smell. I would not recommend this hotel, would recommend Ecco Tree Hotel and the Bingtang Flores if your looking for a happy and friendly environment with good customer service. We spent 10 days in Labuan Bajo area and stayed at 4 Hotels and the only one that was disappointing was the Loccal.
