Hôtel Mercure Mont-Saint-Michel recensioner

Good location, clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Only one night stay but impressed with the place.

The location is great. Needed to stay here for our Mont-saint Michel tour. The quality - I wouldnt say is the best but wast bad!

The hotel is located inside the gate. They provide a parking space which costs €12.50, way more affordable than the parking outside. The staff can give the code to enter the gate. There is a shuttle to Mont Saint-Michel right outside the hotel every 10 min until 1 am. The room is clean and comfortable. However the carpet outside is a little old. It reminded me like a motel in the States. Overall it’s a good stay and very convenient for visiting Mont Saint-Michel.

Good hotel to stay overnight when visit Mont Saint Michel. Very convenient to catch shuttle bus to and from the island. Room on the smaller side, compact toilet. Breakfast was ok.

We had a good stay at the hotel, the location was convenient as the bus stop to Mont st Michel is right outside of the hotel. The breakfast was good and the stay was great value as the accommodation on the island would be more expensive and less roomy. The only regret was that toiletries were limited.

The hotel location is very convenient only 5 minutes walk from bus station and have shuttle bus to Mont Saint Michel in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean with reasonable price.

A basic hotel which was fairly empty when I went. However, the walls are so thin I could still hear the people next door. The service desk workers were nice enough. However, the restaurant attached to the hotel was full of the rudest people I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet. The lady who ‘hosted’ during breakfast was the worst. She scoffed and then turned around to make nasty comments about me to her coworker in French because I didn’t understand her the first time. Then the waiter for the restaurant during dinner made sure to keep me waiting and looked like he didn’t want to serve me. I know it’s the restaurant not the hotel - but they’re attached! The hotel should be taking liability. It’s a tourist hotel so obviously they have foreigner customers! It’s not worth it.

Restaurant services were poor, other than that its a pretty basic hotel, the hotel didnt really live up to the Mercure name.

Location and breakfast was great

Hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it's clean, no bad smell. People are helpful. The food from the hotel restaurant was great!

Basic room but very clean, reception staff is great, we visited on the day when the Olympic Torch was passing through so there were special arrangements for parking and shuttles, but it was well-explained upon check-in. Note: if you’re arriving by car you need an access code from the hotel to enter the gates to the hotel zone, if you book through trip.com the hotel will not email you directly, remember to contact the hotel for the code after you book.
