Altis Grand Hotel recensioner

All staff was lovely, although I’m portuguese the welcoming gift of Port Wine and Pastel of Nata is amazing for new travellers!

Pleasant stay, I really enjoyed the hotel and all of the facilities. Staff were incredibly helpful. Many thanks to Hugo at the front desk, Renoto and the entire team for your kindness.

It was nice hotel. Perfect location and friendly staff. Only WiFi was not so good. But we want to stay for next time too.

Excellent stay. The rooms are comfy and the bathrooms are good too. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

A great stay at Altis Grand. Clean and spacious rooms with a very comfy bed. We requested a king size bed and the staff made sure this was accommodated for. The only problem we had was our room took a little while to be ready, even after check-in time but we were happy to just have a drink in the lobby bar and were given complimentary pastel de natas. The location is good, about 20-30 minute walk into the centre and 5-10 minutes from a metro station.

So far so good, housing keeping service could be better if the housekeeper pay more attention to the items that have to be refilled

距離大街不遠，15～20分鐘可到景點，但有點僻静，酒店步出5分鐘有地灘市集，只限週日，酒店有點年代感，房内燈光太喑，但乾淨，衛生

Отличный отель в квартале от центральной улицы. Есть своя платная подземная парковка. Отель не самый новый, но чувствуется класс обслуживания, шикарные завтраки, прекрасный персонал, большой номер. Есть спортзал и крытый (прозрачной крышей) бассейн с джакузи. До главных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком или доехать на метро. Однозначно рекомендуем доя посещения города или для командировки (было много явно командировочных, даже слишком официально одетых людей со всей Европы, а в бизнес-заоах проходили какие-то уюкоеференции).

非常耐心的服務 温暖

50年前的老賓館。沒有任何翻修過的跡象，標的五星級賓館，就像國內三星級，前台服務質量不盡人意，餐廳的飲食還是不錯的。價格合理。但早餐非常一般。

地理位置很好，鬧中取靜。房間不大，不過衞生和服務都還不錯，酒店工作人員都很熱情

服務態度極差無比，入住憑證不給打印，房間特別小，水還要限制收費，差評差評差評
