Very close to train station, convenient for those only staying for the night or transit. Also walkable distant to the city sights. We are happy with this stay.

The bathroom door is inadequate because the water keeps leaking out of the shower area and the floor is flooded. I suggest you can improve by adding a proper lock to the door.

這個四個單人床房型比上下鋪大，比較舒服，一家人出遊不要省那一點錢，還是要選大一點的房型。簡單衞生，前台友善，第二天把行李留在前台保管，我還特意觀察他們放行李的地方需要前台刷卡後才能進去，比較安全放心。

簡易的設施，沒有冰箱，可到櫃檯借熱水壺燒開水，有網路。位置在車站前面兩分鐘，位置超讚。

位置絕佳，適合商務親子旅行，空間大，蠻不錯👍

地理位置近火車站十分方便，自助check in 功能清晰簡易明白，所有指示都不難理解。房間和洗手間整體整潔程度良好，沖涼地方夠大。

If you make reservations as a business customer and provide your invoice details and your employees still have to pay immediately ath checkin because that was not communicated and then no payment link can be sent. And you have to fill in all the invoice details again and then hear again that you still have to pay immediately because they do not understand you and you are busy with checking in for a total of 20 minutes and still have to pay as an employee instead of sending the invoice to the company. You are really doing something wrong. And you also get a room next to a generator that makes noise all night for 200 euros per night. Then you deserve 0 stars

The hotel is very conveniently located, near the central station. From there it is just a short walk to the city center. The hotel is 2 minutes away from restaurants and bars. hotel is practical and functional. Funny drawings on the walls.

Every year we stay for a night here, and it is always good, exept for this time, the room was so small, that you had to crawl over the first bed inorder to get in the other bed. Also there was a big ventilator outside the window, that was noisy, a very bad room! We are not used to a room like this

An ideal spot for visiting Maastricht, particularly if you are arriving by train. Station Road around the corner has many cafes, restaurants and shops, very convenient. The walk down to the river and over the bridge takes you to the old city centre. Our room was basic but clean, rather cramped, with limited storage space, but the en suite bathroom was convenient (although the shower let through water at the bottom). Beds very comfortable.

Very nice hotel near the Maastricht train station. We did not use the breakfast options because there a so many nice places nearby. It is such a nice area where the hotel is located.
