A smooth and fast check-in experience and feel so welcome once arrived. We also got upgraded to a suite with great view. The pool is a little bit packed but overall we had a great stay at W macau.

As usual Marriott are the first choice. They upgrade 2 rooms to suites for my friends which is unexpected. We appreciated this.

We got a free upgrade to the Marvellous Suite. The room is spacious, clean and well-designed. Breakfast buffet was busy and costed a 15-minutes wait, however, it was filled with a vast range of food.

We have a wonderful stay at the W Macau Hotel.
Originally, we have booked 2 rooms with Cotai view, but ended up both got upgrade to suites with view of the Parisian hotel and Studio City. The upgrade was delightful, which made up for the long wait to get our rooms despite it being a weekday. The ambience of the room was so nice that we decided to have dinner inside the suite to enjoy the night view instead of heading out. There's a Don Don Donki nearby where you can get late night snack conveniently.
The next morning we had breakfast at Hawker Hawker. There's a wide selection of cuisine, pastries, and drinks available, which all tasted delicious.
The only down side is there's not much facility suitable for young children in this hotel. There's no baby swimming pool and no outdoor pool.
PS Love the Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom. A dream for ladies with long hair!

We got upgraded to an extraordinarily huge room! My son loved the room so much that he was reluctant to go out! We loved the welcome snacks a lot, and the toiletries are really high-class too! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the check-in time was way less that the last time I stayed in Studio City!
