Wow, what an amazing hotel! From the moment we entered the building, we were treated with friendly and capable service staff. We were celebrating our anniversary, so the hotel prepared some room decorations and wine, as well as an upgraded space. The view was fantastic, the spa and pool relaxing, and the in-room bathtub so luxurious. The only minor issue we had was when we ordered food. There are no robots, so we had to take 2 elevators to the ground floor to collect our takeout food. Every hotel in Shenzhen has robots who bring deliveries to your room. Overall, exceptional experience!

It’s was really wonderful experience to stay at Altira. Thank you Tracy wei who understand the purpose behind the booking and provide simple decoration welcome fruit and yummy cake. Staff really polite and helpful. Thank you to reception counter staff Alisa and Linda for smooth check in and check out. They gave us valuable information about property and ask for water when arrived at counter. View from the room is very nice. Bathroom is so big. Soft drinks are free from the minibar. Definitely will book again and recommend to my friends who wanna celebrate near future any party. Thank you the staff who gave us ice cube multiple time. Just request if possible keep big size of ice bucket to avoid staff and guest time.

The hotel is at a great location which have food all around the hotel at all hours. have bus service to other hotel to walk around as well

The modern design, coupled with breathtaking panoramic views of the Macau skyline, created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The suite featured a plush king-sized bed, a generous seating area, and a beautiful marble bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary minibar and the Nespresso machine, which made my mornings delightful. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s renowned restaurant, which offered a delectable array of Asian and Western cuisines. The quality of the food was truly exceptional, and the attentive service elevated the dining experience even further. I also took advantage of the stunning infinity pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, making it easy to stay active while basking in luxury. Room : Very big & spacious with a splendid sea view. Even the toilet is very big too. Very good. Complimentary drinks & fruits: unexpectedly found a few bottles & cans of soft drinks as well as beers in refrigerator & would refill every day. It is rarely found in other hotel. Also provided 3 fruits on each day. Very kind! Facilities: (1)Water temperature of the swimming pool is warm enough for swimming comfortably even in very cold day. The texture & Cleaniness of water is above standard. The length of swimming pool is at standard as a indoor swimming pool. Besides, the pool also provides full sea view. Too good! (2) A small machine for extracting water of swimming suit can be found inside pool showering lobby. This is a warm facility & is not usually found in other hotel. Very nice with standard. Body massage pool, wet Sauna, dry sauna are very clean. Staff : very helpful, kind & polite as well as able to answer enquiry. Room for improvement: (1)the whole big room has one more mirror only, is inside toilet. When some body is using toilet,.... Should add one mirror outside toilet. (2)the ventilation fan inside toiet is not strong enough to remove bad smell at once!! 🤭 As a whole, it is a very worth to stay hotel. 👍

I’m so appreciate the hotel prepared the birthday decoration and cake during our stay!!! And the staffs were so helpful and friendly which made the celebration more enjoyable and memorable!!! I would recommend to my friends and willing to book again while travelling Macau!!!

Amazing stay at great prices. Service was very good from beginning to the end. Breathtaking views from the hotel lobby and the room. Would highly recommend this place when you're in Macau.

Hotel is a bit old Service is okay, consistent with the brand name Far from Galaxy concert hall About 30 minutes to the concert place via the walking path as shown in the picture

The location is convenient, very close to the subway, and the view is great. The room was also very tidy.
