Check in and check out services is good. The staffs are good to help. But the shuttle services to Custom port was close too early about 9:00 on Sat.

Service is excellent. Staff are all nice. Facilities are all good with night bed.

We had a really nice experience in st Regis , they proved to be really excellent services . We are grateful for this visit and hope that we will come back in the future. Thanks!

This is the largest of the hotels we have stayed in, the most well-equipped, and the street view is very beautiful.  Your service was also very attentive and friendly.  🥰🥰🥰 Bring us a very good experience!  Thank you!  !

I, Mr Han Aik Juan, is the booker for both our room-stay at St. Regis Macao. We try check-in at 1500LT and was only given 1 ready room and the other room need to wait for 1 hr, need cleaning, and they will pass the key to us in the other room. Was told to put a deposit of $3000 for our room with our credit card and will return if all clear when check out. Waited in our room for 2 hrs later, no key given, so made a way to reception, asked why the other room not ready, then they checked and room was cleaned hour ago, and key was not deliver to us, wasted our time waiting in the room. On checking out, no additional charges, we asked for our deposit to be cancel, was told that the $3000 been booked and will ONLY be return to us abt 3 weeks later. This rule was not make out to us when we check in! HOW ARE WE TO MONITOR THAT THE AMOUNT TO BE RETURN TO US??? Also any claim against us, how are we to answer it?? Excellent service and I love the hotel super pretty and well maintained!! The mall is interconnected and there are many nice restaurants, in fact you do not need to leave this building at all 😉 Enjoyed my time here with my friend, best hotel stay experience I ever had! 💕

Every staff is so nice, especially with kids. Even if you are having a bad moment, they help to cheer up everyone. We liked everything in our 1-night stay: the room, the swimming pool, the breakfast, the service. All perfect!

Hotel room was clean and tidy! No room upgrade available this time (per booking), but would definitely recommend staying here again.

Hello, I'm Imhyeongwoo who stayed for one night on Oct. 8, 2024. I travel to many countries around the world. I've even stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. But I think St.Regis hotel is the best hotel in the world. I was lucky to have spent my couple's 15th wedding anniversary in Macau. Thank you for leaving me as a happy memory. In particular, I think Chris' kindness will remain as a good memory for me forever. I was really comfortable and happy thanks to Chris during my stay at the St. Regis Hotel. He explained me a lot of information about Macau. He allowed me to experience the best kindness that I can't experience at other hotels. Other guests also expressed their "best(Thumbs up)" expression when Chris passed by. He is a person who gives a lot of kindness to all the guests. All the guests who meet him are lucky. Thanks to Chris, I will come again because I have a good memory in Macau. Thank you.

The hospitality at St Regis was great and we felt that we were very well taken care of throughout the stay!

Nice view. Nice service but one of the towels got some dirt ( no idea is blood or rust)
