The location of the hotel is close to airport. The staffs are helpful, warmly welcoming to guests.

The hotel is a bit dated, and the cleanliness of the bathroom leaves much to be desired—there are visible dark mold stains along the edges of the joints. The only positive aspect I found was the strong water pressure and consistent hot water.

Great view from the spacious room! The hotel room has all basic amenities. Also, it has a resort side with many types of facilities (ping pong, tennis etc.) on the 2/F from 8am to 8pm, very beautiful.

The resort side of the hotel is beautiful, lots of resort facilities such as pool, tennis court, basketball court, squash court, gym, sauna, steam, jacuzzi…the food in the hotel restaurant just so so, the Chinese food is better than the western food.

No coffee provided during the stay. No bathtub inside the room .Didn't mention when upgraded to Seaview room. Security officer was nice for helping the luggage from taxi .

The hotel is located between the new and old islands of Macau, there is a public transport nearby too quite convenient

Not a new hotel but convenient in the residential areas. Away from the expensive Cotai Hotel regions. Enjoy the stay.

Breakfast buffet is good, but other than that like services, especially housekeeping we called so many times and repeatedly ask for the request and the room smell like cigarettes. And the floor/ carpet have a lot of stains, and the bed is not very comfortable.
