The Parisian Macao

The hotel is fantastic. The room and the service was great. They gave us a cake since we were celebrating anniversary. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained.

Location is great! The views of the Cotai strip from the Eiffel Tower observation deck are incredible.

Check-in required a long wait in line. After reaching the front, I was informed that I would be assigned a high-floor room, but I had to wait another hour for it to be ready. I started queueing for check-in at 3:00 PM, reached the counter at 3:30 PM, and finally got to my room to rest around 4:45 PM. The mall and casino downstairs are huge, and time passed quickly while exploring the surroundings. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, and the view was nice. The hotel's gym is large and well-equipped, though if you're taking the elevator from the North Wing, you have to walk a bit to get there. The room had some instant coffee and water. Room service was attentive and responded quickly. Apart from the long wait during check-in, everything else was excellent.

We stayed during Easter long weekend. Did we expect it to be busy? Yes. Were there lots of people? Yes. We checked in early 2pm with the reception, and insisting a room would be ready within the next 2 hours (1 hour after the 3pm check-in time). We did not receive a text informing us of our room number so we went back to reception to ask if our room was ready only to find out that we had to join the massively long line queue again to find out what our room number was. We did not receive our room until almost 5pm. The text informing us of our room number was only received at 8.11pm To top it off, if you wanted to eat breakfast at Le Buffet, join the queue at 9am. In addition to this, I am not sure the toilet and other areas of our room were not cleaned properly. Just not the quality and service I was expecting for paying close to $600AUD per night. I am not sure we would stay here again.

The front desk at Partisan Macau was amazing, they hooked us up with a free upgrade to rooms with two double beds each, plus connecting doors, which was perfect for our group!

Factor in time to check-in as the lines are very long all the time (unless you are checking in at night). Location is convenient, but the layout is very confusing. It is easy to get lost around. I checked in late and they could only give me a smoking room. Thankfully, the smell wasn't that strong, but you will be able to smell smoke at the hallways so do take note if you are sensitive to the smell or have young children around. The staff were great though. I left my luggage at the hotel as I had to rush off and it was clearly labelled with a tag. I was also given a slightly later check-out at 12pm as I checked in late.
