Stay 1 night to watch Leon concert, no shuttle bus, breakfast has very disappointing choices. Room is great though

I stayed here for three days, and it was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. This is by far the worst four-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The soundproofing is terrible—you can clearly hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Even more frustrating, despite keeping the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the entire time, housekeeping still knocked on my door three separate times while I was inside the room—up until 4 PM. It felt like they completely ignored the sign and didn’t respect guest privacy. One day, I was in the room the whole day and forgot to lock the door. Around 3 PM, even though the “Do Not Disturb” light was still on, someone from the hotel just came in using their key card without knocking. It really scared me. I wasn’t expecting anyone, and they just walked in like that—it felt so wrong and unsafe. The hotel facilities are also really lacking. There isn’t even a basic gym, and the location is remote and inconvenient. On top of that, unlike most hotels in the area, this one doesn’t even have a casino. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s far below the standard of what you’d expect from a four-star property, and I felt uncomfortable and disappointed during my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Kudos to Ms. Bela Deng for being kind, hospitable and literally being just by the door to attend to our housekeeping needs. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping team we're very kind and helpful too. We were given a compliementary cake to celebrate our anniversary. We took the shuttle to Lisboa Palace and walk (around 10mins) to the hotel. There is a mall on the ground floor so we had lots of things to do like indoor skydiving and arcade games. The breakfast at Stanley Cafe had many choices and good. Angela's cafe is good for light breakfast. Will book this hotel again in the future. It's perfect staycation for families with kids.

A perfect choice for staycation, just got everything you need. Nice swimming pool!!!

The breakfast at the hotel, they have 3 choices for you. However dont expect too much, for breakfast buffet, the food variety is not too much.

Great experience, great location, great service. Very nice shopping mall.
