Had a pleasant experience. Friendly staff. Will book again.

Everything is bad in the hotel. Breakfast, inside the room All staff ( Bad customer service ) Specially the lady from the Philippines in kitchen/and I think she is also the housekeeping area. She is so rude Never ever coming back there and not recommended. Number 0 Very very very poor Dissatisfied.

The front desk staff was the most professional and helpful I have ever encountered. Mostly the guy that works between 3:00 PM-11:00 PM. He gave me great tips for the purpose of my travel and great recommendations for affordable food and great local parties and bars to hang out, with this he made my stay in Madrid amazing. He might be even be the manager bu the way he handles the fast pace environment of a downtown hotel. Congratulations to the hotel for the great staff. The room and bathroom was nice and the requirements were meet whenever was needed. The only thing i would improve might be the bed mattress. It feels a little outdated since it is jot very confortable to sleep, not bad but not great.

직원분들은 너무 친절합니다~ 침대 이불이..조금 더러워요... 얼룩이 있는데... 손으로 닦아보니 지워지더라고요..... 빨래가 안된걸까요.. 위치도 좋고한데 밤새 쿵쾅소리 소음차단이 전혀안되고 옆방에서 문따는데 제 방 여는줄알고 깜짝 놀랐어요.. 사진은 방의 뷰입니다. 머 창문이 있어서 나쁘진않았습니다

Este hotel tiene una excelente ubicación. Es ideal si vienes en familia pues si deseas tomar una pausa para descansar puedes volver al hotel hacerlo y volver a salir.

Hotel super limpo, localização perfeita, próximo a tudo , bem pertinho da plaza de mayo. Funcionários bem receptivos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Super indico!!!

La atención al cliente es muy chévere y está las 24 horas tamb puedes preguntar cualquier cosa y ellos con gusto te ayudan

地點非常好，就在市中心，出門就是地鐵。但這是太老舊了，衞生也一般，房間非常小，圖方便可以住。其實住馬德里稍微周邊點也很便捷，有地鐵。

Отличный отель, по типу хостела. Приветливый персонал, есть возможность сдвинуть время выезда , за дополнительную плату. Все в пешей доступности

馬德里的酒店好貴，無奈選了這家稍微便宜些的，總共沒幾天，就當湊活住了，房間巨小，設施很老很老，衞生也不盡人意，真的就是，湊活住還行。好處是前台態度不錯，外面就是商業街很熱鬧。

房間很寬敞，地理位置非常好，購物和逛景點都可以步行，早餐很一般，我們住的房間隔音很差，隔壁説話能聽到，樓上用水能聽到很大的聲音。

Un lugar muy acogedor. Las habitaciones son comodísimas y amplias, tienen termostato ajustable y el baño en excelente estado. El personal fue súper agradable y predispuesto durante toda la estadía. Y el desayuno, un lujo! Definitivamente volvería.
