I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities.

Cleanliness and breakfast good, toilet clogged not well maintained and location far from town

Near to airport but outskirts of Madurai city. New and decent size rooms, all necessary amenities available. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Reaustrant staff also friendly. However, menu can be improved and taste of North Indian dishes needs improvement. Overall good experience.

레스토랑은 매니저등은 친절하였으나 로칼맥주를 주문하였는데 수입산 맥주를 설명없이 가져와 로칼인 줄 마셨다. 요금이 당연히 비쌋다. -직원의 주문 서비스가 고객과 소통이 된대로 되길 바람. 전반적인 서비스는 좋았다. 스파에서 오일맛사지를 받았는데 맛사지사의 실력이 너무 약했다. 안내데스크에서 택시를 신청- 사원까지 요금 확정하고 탔는데 호텔에서 제시한 요금에서 택시 기사의 톨**트비 [ 이건 택시비에 미리 책정 되어야 한다]- 다음날 다른차는 톨비없는 곳으로 갔다[ 주차장입장료와 주차비 -이것은 미리 고객에게 알려주고 택시 요금을 말해야 한다/ 호텔과 연계한 택시 회사의 각별한 조인이 필요 /

Quadruple room is really excellent for a family of four adults. Food in the restaurant is also good, they have all types of food. Front office executive Ms Asha did the check in process and check out process really pleasant and easy.

The Ambiance was too good. It’s Near the Airport. The Staff members are kind and friendly. Food and Liquors are bit expensive but outside food from Zomato & Swiggy are allowed. they also provide complimentary breakfast for room bookings which was really Great.

A good hotel. Overall nice staff. Very quiet place to stay. Ambience is good. Near to the airport hardly 4kms, but no conveyance available. You have to pay Rs. 500 for such a short journey, it really hurts. Management should seriously consider giving airport drop facility at a reasonable rate. Food quality is good.

Beautiful and awesome hotel. Food is great and service is superb; attended by three lovely employees Magreat,.Namita & Sobiya. Was also invited for the dry fruit mixing event which was superbly done. Again, was fortunate to be attended by Magreat. Keep up the greaf work and Godspeed.

Exceptional Service and impeccable cleanliness.We booked 30 rooms at Hotel Amika and from the moment we confirmed our bookings we were continuously follow-up by the reservation department (Asha mam) and discussed about our food preferences,arrival timings,etc.Even we were too late to reach the hotel at night but the dedicated restaurant staff waited for us and served us tasty delicious food with full heart. Asha mam at front desk took great care of the guests and ensured smooth & Comfortable stay experience Mr Venkatesh & Mr Jegan at the reception also helped make our Checkin experience very smooth and organised The rooms are impeccably clean and has positive ambience, also includes all the required amenities I would Definitely recommend everyone Book it while in Madurai to have a Great stay experience . During our stay at Amika Hotel Madurai, the overall room condition was very poor. The housekeeping standards were unsatisfactory, and there were persistent AC issues. Additionally, the restroom maintenance was very poor – the WC was covered with yellow stains, and the washbasin had drainage problems.

We stayed at Hotel Amika yesterday — it was truly amazing! The service was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious too! Special thanks to Madam Asha for her kind and warm service. We’ll definitely come again. Greetings from Malaysia 🇲🇾❤️

Had a very good experience at Amika Hotel. The property is new and the rooms are very good with latest furnishings. Food is also very good and the staff is courteous. Special shout out to Asha for the great service.
