Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel recensioner

It was good stay with my family. Very near to the Haram and there is mall connecting to the hotel. Friendly staff and helpful. Clean rooms but the service was slow. Highly recommended.

Service and staff very good. Furniture, carpets and overall condition of hotel require a redo. Lamp damage, sink damage. Challenging and Confusing room and parking lifts. SAR250 parking fee per night.

Great location for quick access to the Haram. Breakfast is perfect alhamdullilah. Staff are all welcoming and very helpful mashallah.

The food needs a lot of work at this price point. We expected 5 stars buffet and the quality was 3 stars. Proximity to Haram is great but other aspects need to match the price point

Everything is excellent except the food spread for breakfast. We stayed here 2 years ago and the food is still the same. Its best if the hotel can improve on that.

Everything was great especially the location that so close to haram..it's just a little bit hard to pin the location for the uber/careem

This hotel is truly amazing. Its cleanliness and beauty are well maintained. The food is diverse and perfectly suits the family's taste. The service is very professional. And one thing that cannot be forgotten is, when my mother got lost in Masjidil Haram during our Umrah, she managed to return to the hotel on her own by referring to the giant clock in the hotel. *************. Loved every moment of our stay at Fairmont Clock Tower; the best location to be at in Makkah with excellent hospitality and super helpful staff. Would love to stay again .
