A great hotel nearby eateries area. Huge room and great breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and will definitely come again.

Gym too small and lacking in equipments. Please get a decent track mill.

Location is great Near at melaka center and also all travel place in melaka city Hotel outside got many shop and food Room Abit old Breakfast is nice and many choices Just the shower room door is not friendly use

Regular guest at this hotel. Never disappointing. Fast and easy check-in, friendly staff. Room and bathroom were quite spacious, but door to the balcony could not be opened (room 1211) because there were cracks in the glass balcony railing. So we could not fully enjoy the excellent view of the city. Hotel location was very good, close to the Dataran Pahlawan Mall and major tourist spots. Breakfast buffet spread was commendable but a bit crowded. Overall, a satisfactory stay. Will be staying again here in 3 weeks' time.

The overall location and stay were good. The aircond is cold. I'm just disappointed in bathroom cleanliness. The floor need more scrub since there is lots of dirt. And the common room as well. There is some dirt marking on the comforter. Other wise the cleaner was very friendly. Might book again if I happen to go to melacca again.

The Straits Hotel & Suites' cosy room is a wonderful spot for a couple to relax. The site is easily accessible from surrounding restaurants and shopping centres. In general, couples/families can spend time together there.

hotel hv great location but kinda old.our room’s aircond is not functioning.did request to change room and all is good. breakfast is okay with lots of choices. overall its a decent stay.

The place was nicely located with a variety of food choices and also walking distance to places of interest were within each other. Only concern is the weather is very hotp

We booked 1 x two king bed suite room for our family. Upon check in, was informed by the check in staff that we need to pay additional MYR10 per room per night if we are not local and applicable for booking through a third party agent like trip.com. Trip.com only indicated an additional total of MYR$6, but we had to pay MYR60 as the room is a connecting room, not 1 suite room for 3 nights. We were not informed of this extra fee and likewise the staff mentioned that many guests were also unhappy about it. So pls be aware that there is additional tax charges. When we step into the room. It felt like the room has been vacant for ages. Layers of dust on the floor and table, room has a musty smell. However, it was really quiet so we had a restful sleep. The room was dated and balcony has glass shattering. Not much guests staying as most rooms were empty. It was still functional if you don’t mind the above. The breakfast restaurant is at the newer Noble Hotel just beside, food was ok but cold. Location is quite a walking distance to jonker st. about 15mins. With kids in a tow, taking grab is a better option. Personally i feel there are better options.

The room facilities is old. And not so clean. The aircond is not cold enough.
